what happened with the real WQS was actually happened in real life. It was inspired by a real incident that happened…
Thank you for the refrence, I didn't know about this! I still wish they gave him a better outcome. This is a story where time travel and changing the past and present is made possible. Why is it that even in this fictional world wqs isn't allowed to have hope like the rest of the characters? :(
why exactly did LZW wait for two years until he gave HYX the walkman so she could time travel? Why didn't he approach…
Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I'm still struggling with a couple of things myself hhh but here's what I think : LZW who gave HYX the walkman in 2019 already experienced the past and I think he waited 2 years because HYX in 1998 when in CYR's body kept saying she came from 2019 and I assume he wanted to make sure he gave it to her at the "right" moment. Technically, nothing was stopping him from doing it before then and one has to wonder what this different decision could have changed in the storyline.
Well, things got extremely complicated after episode 2. The drama suprised me by the direction it took and I'm curious where this is all gonna lead us to.
Just finished about 4 episodes and it's pretty cute and unique! I think my biggest nitpick is, when translated…
Without spoiling, part of Yumi's growth is realizing that last part of your comment, that dating and romance isn't the be all end all of her existence. Season 2 just ended and I think you'll be proud of who she became.
This series shows the harshness of prison life full of ruthless corrupt wardens, brutal convicts, torture, but…
Of course it's far from reality, this is a thriller/action show with a lot of exaggeration for drama and entertainment's sake, unlike Prison Playbook and its more realistic slice of life genre. We also have to keep in mind it's a tv production with more restrictions than a film would normally have so yes I guess the creators might have to play it safe. The scale isn't the same either, PP was from a renowned and highly respected PD/writer and a big production who probably feel less pressure and are able to take more liberties...
I wouldn't say it is dark, compared to other dramas it isn't as scary. Also a lot of people say that its slow…
I hope you don't mind me replying here but I don't find Insider depressing. It's true the ML faces many misfortunes but the show's tone is focused on action and suspens. It's more stressful in the sense that it keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering what's gonna happen next. I also wanna point out that while the ML is smart, he won't have the upper hand that quickly, at least not in the first half so far. There are small victories here and there and most of the fun comes from witnessing his growth as he adapts and learns to survive in every new situation in his harsh reality so you might be disappointed or get impatient if you expect the revenge plan to get in motion fast.
hopefully the ml will meet seonoh again once he finishes his mission and gets released from prison :')
Call it denial but I refuse to believe it. I have high hopes Seon-oh is just being framed (he might be involved but not the actual culprit). My only fear is that the truth will come out too late and/or at the expense of the life of one of them and if that happens I will cry for real >.< Please let them rule the gambling world and live happily ever after ðŸ˜
Ugh I knew I was still side eyeing Jang Sun Oh for a reason but the fact that Yo Han found out he was the one…
It's only episode 8, I have hope this is another case of "things are not what they seem". What if YH is once again being manipulated and made to believe SO did it? Pls this is too cruel for YH >.<
