Korea is progressively starting to take on the BL genre which is why many people are excited despite it having low production quality and inexperienced actors, and might rate it subjectively higher than what it actually deserves, more like to encourage the trend and I understand it. I saw WYEL which was not bad for a start and Mr Heart not so much. I have yet to check the new one (I think it has an ex-kpop idol too? EDIT : I was wrong, he's in the upcoming BL called Color Rush) but I expect it to be similar to the previous dramas, maybe cute but not spectacular.

Does the individual rating for each episode affect the overall/average rating for the whole drama?

Same, I love that the show is self-aware about its cheesiness (Adachi himself thinks it's mushy) but it also embraces it and doesn't make fun of it, it's rather shown to be endearing.

I really do. Listening to it while reading and going about my day, I like its diversity, different genres and languages, CM love goes beyond all barriers ^_^

Finally listening to the spotify playlist and it's so nice! You guys have A+ taste ♡

CM really is the perfect story for us who aren't really into the physical aspect of relationships. I don't mind it but I connect more when the focus is on emotions and the smaller but meaningful gestures and CM is ticking all the right boxes for me, I love it to bits ;__;

There's also the conflict about Adachi's secret power reveal but I'm sure it will be resolved nicely. I have yet to be disappointed by this drama and I have no worries.

No shade but Machida and Akaso's chemistry in unmatched here. They're so into their characters and in sync with their acting, even with them just looking at each other you feel all fuzzy inside. If there is a kiss, I'm pretty sure it will deliver and at least won't be awkward.

Yep, the show could use more women, especially Fujisaki who's just right there and could be included in their circle. I hope we can see more of her *crossing fingers*

It's all so wholesome and I agree the friendships are just as heartwarming as the romance if not more. Talking about this I wish we could see more of Fujisaki or have her more involved in their circle, she'd be an awesome friend too (I choose to believe she called Urabe on purpose to get him off of Adachi's back, like her subtle way of being supportive hhh)
