Do you think Adatchi should reveal the truth to Kurosawa?
Yes because not telling anything will have Adachi constantly feeling guilty which will get in the way of their relationship. He needs to be honest with Kurosawa because it's not fair to "spy" on his inner thoughts without his consent. Even if Adachi decides to not use it to respect Kurosawa's private thoughts, this means he will have to avoid Kurosawa's touch and if he does that Kurosawa will be confused and even hurt and this too will ruin their relationship.

Can I know what things made you loss your appeal from the series( i am asking genuinely my intend is not to start…
Yes, most kdramas are guilty of this, I almost grew to dislike the genre. I like me some romance but it often loses substance after some time especially with the 16 over-an-hour episodes format that really doesn't help.

Sorry for jumping in this convo but I think CM made it clear from the beginning it's a low-stake show and, using the screenwriter's own words, in this world there's no bad person and it's a story that won't hurt anyone. Its naive and optimistic view on things is intentional, real life is bleak enough as it is and the illusion of a simpler world in fiction is a welcome escape but I totally understand how this might become annoying after a while for viewers who prefer a more realistic approach.

As for the second point, I usually feel this with other dramas after the couple get together and there's pretty much nothing left to show. I'd worry about it here too if we had more episodes left but we literally have less than an hour between the last 2 episodes. They don't need to extend the plot because the plot is already reaching its end and the mindreading issue is enough to sustain it imo.

Thank you for expressing yourself, it's interesting to read about different point of views. It's sad that you might drop it this close to the end but if it doesn't spark joy anymore then it can't be helped ^_^

I really thought the author would play more with the mind reading power, but losing it along with your V-card…
This is pretty much my headcanon for him too. Even if the show doesn't use labels, there are subtle details here and there to support this idea.

Thank you and I totally agree with you. I love Kurodachi to bits but it's Fujisaki I relate to the most (if I had a very minor complaint, it would be that there isn't enough of her ;__;), her arc made me bawl. For the first time, I felt understood and accepted and this representation is important and I'm grateful. But I'm not expecting the same thing from Adachi because I understand his character is different. I had that same line "if it's Kurosawa then I don't mind" in mind when I wrote my comment too. I even suspect Adachi as demisexual because of it and if the translation is accurate. Anyway, he's slowly realizing the physical attraction and warming up to it and I expect part of the reason he might tell the truth is to make sure taking their relationship a step further is out of love and not taint the experience with the secret and added guilt of using Kurodawa in that way to get rid of the power.

I don't think he will. He might think of it but he wouldn't want to deceive or use Kurosawa like that and this exact thought might be one of many others that will encourage him to come clean and tell the truth.

As for the last part, that's very valid and I understand you. I see how this can come across as if virginity is like some kind of stigma that needs to go away for a person to be "normal" but a show that gave us Fujisaki who's heavily coded as aro-ace, I believe the message isn't as negative and it's probably more realistic to expect that from her rather than Adachi who already said in episode 1 he didn't choose to be a virgin nor does he want to remain as one so yeah

While this last episode definitely wasn't as fluffy or happy (the ending) as the ones we've had before I think…
Adachi has come such a long way, thinking about it makes me emotional ;___;
I admire the show for making it believable and doing so much in so little time, it's amazing.

This isn't a mystery drama focused on groundbreaking twists. It's a character-driven show where the main focus is on character growth and development. The magic premise is just there as a plot device and to kickstart the story. This much was made clear from the very beginning, I don't know why you had such expectations. I'm sorry but none of this is a revelation.

"Eveyrone will rush Adachi into losing his V-card" this won't happen because only Tsuge knows about this and I doubt he will pressure Adachi like this and Kurosawa even less if he comes to accept the truth of the secret. If anything, it's probably Adachi himself who will overthink it on his own and entertain the idea of losing his virginity to lose the power but I trust he will opt for the more rational and honest option that is telling Kurosawa the truth and they both decide what to do about it, together.

Then I totally misunderstood and I apologize. You said in your original comment that you thought the author would play more with it and I took it as you didn't like the fact the power took a back seat, now I'm genuinely confused as to what your preference/expectation for the development was.

The urban legend says virginity gives the power, it's logical that losing it would make the power go away, what kind of twist did you hope for?

I understand your comment about the mindreading taking a back seat sometimes but I personally don't mind it. Relying too much on it wouldn't have allowed for characters especially Adachi to show sincere growth coming genuinely from him and not as a forced reaction to the external factor that is the mindreading. The power is essential as it triggers things but the rest is entirely Adachi's choice and result of his introspection. Adachi is also an introvert who doesn't like being involved in others business, it makes sense he's not thrilled about having the power and avoids using it as much as he can.

The way Adachi, being an introvert, said all those things to Kurosawa during their yakitori date just screams…
I hope he looks back to that moment and realizes he and Kurosawa do communicate well and he doesn't need to rely on his power to know what Kurosawa thinks or silently agonize over it alone. It asks for a constant effort from him but opening up to each other and having honest talks is the right way to do it

They're so sweet I can't stop grinning like an idiot but when Good Love Your Love started playing I teared up,…
Just the thought of it ending is depressing. I will try to focus on the present and what we have now, let's deal with the withdrawal symptoms later :(
