I think they did some collaboration with Vinda for tissue paper (but its anime est not the stars themselves). They also had the bubble tea collaboration.. I also saw some fans had phone cases, jewellery and acrylic items. Taobao also does have some merchandise with the artwork and photos from the drama. But I am not sure if those are official merchandise. At least I haven't been able to find how to purchase the items outside of china, even the ones some fans have! So if anyone knows, please share.

She did not die. Both leads end up happy. You will know she is alive in the next few episodes and he will also find her by episode 26 or so. And no one loses their memories. Its a very special and happy ending.

Not sure if I can explain this right so many the others can also comment. But ML is an ancient God. He never had any emotional attachments to anything or anyone for many many many years. He suddenly as a "human" finds someone totally interesting that he really likes. He doesn't quite know what to do about it. He will explain that he does really like her but he cannot actually like her because of his responsibilities. He is torn between what he feels and what he knows he needs to do. The wedding cannot be called off because of his own whim because it is something of utmost importance to the 2 realms and there must be an overwhelming reason. Him liking her cannot be the reason for calling it off. It is a political alliance and cannot be ruined because of his personal feelings. It will be resolved in the later episodes and his back and forth approach will change dramatically later to where he is determined to be with her come what may.

Ahahha he was good looking as the prince in Scarlet heart years back but I didnt dig the hair. But I think this role really really becomes him! And he was decent in the modern dramas as well. I think both are good actors.
Just came across an explanation that said that Shen li used to appear with a spear but once XZ came back from his demise, she started to be shown with the fan (Like at Mdm Jin), it is because she was already pregnant. She kept fanning herself because pregnant women feel hot easily. Plus she kept winning at the games because pregnant women are deemed to be lucky. How interesting is that for tiny details!

It depends, I don't watch them either but this one is really quite special. I suggest you try a few episodes (although the start can be slow for some people.. it gets good from episode 8 onwards) Its also a happy ending so you can watch with ease.
