People on Douyin saying they have found Shenli bird form in real life. It kinda looks similar😅😅https://x.com/b_wanderer_soul/status/1783386070878494779
Yeah I saw that too hahaha :) There was some bad weather in Guangdong with lighting and some people said Is that you XZ?! Hahahha
I was always perplexed why Shen Li asked XZ to "compensate" her with his life if she fell in battle. After a re-watch,…
nod nod. I also love how it ties up the fact that XZ knew who/what she is right from the time she gave him her cultivation and yet he still loved her nonetheless and how he is always grateful to those who helped. (He gave the stick to the deity that tried to save him but failed)
sorry for the long wait everyone, i was super busy! here's the translation :)“Everyone is curious why did you…
Yeah I think he was trying to convey that he won't recommend Liying for any of those shows that have a dark setting or where she might be in the dark. He knows she gets scared.. and he laughed so adorably when he mentioned what she said and the line. So cute!
A bit OOT. But, anybody knows why Lin Geng Xin is sometimes called as the dream of 900 million girls? Any history…
He plays games and its his nick in a/the games. It was mentioned by one of the stars years back revealing his nickname on the show. Please correct me if I am wrong. Since then, people keep teasing him about it.
Shen Li abusing her pet parrot is really starting to bother me. Someone needs to rescue that bird and give it…
I think other than the reference to PA, the "animal" theme (XZ likes animals except for those "corrupted" ones) is at play in the drama. I think the bird is meant to be cute but borderline annoying for the drama. C drama is not the most politically correct in terms of animal protection and (references that may be more sensitive to global audiences). I mean Furong "ate" prawns/seafood in the palace with the sea creatures? They are only politically correct for their domestic regulatory sensitivities. (example, a lot has been said about their treatment of real horses for those dramas, like where a real horse was actually tripped just for the effect purpose and yet no one seems to do anything to change such things). I stay away from republican dramas for this reason, its very domestically politically correct (not necessarily historically or to the history the rest of the world knows)
i'm up to episode 15 and honest i'm kind of bored? and the first half is supposed to be the more exciting part?…
I think there was some explanation that her makeup was to make her look like a phoenix. But the costumes, I do like them so I guess it depends. And yes I am sure some people will enjoy the drama whilst others not so much. At least you gave it a shot.
EXACTLY right.. OMG.. he cooks, he fights, he loves openly and wholeheartedly... SWOON.. damn... they dont make…
Yes same for me, perfect he is! And I loved that he was so open about his love from start to end. He did struggle no doubt but he had always loved her.
