there are haters on weibo saying they dont like bailu's crying face in this drama's reuters or in her previous works, but aren't teary faces supposed to be different? your mouth will frown or maybe scrunch up, so isn't it normal to have such an expression? do they expect her to have a deadpan face when crying or something like certain talentless actresses? it's hard to defend on weibo without having your comment reported lol

yea im kinda sad it's rated 7.7 cause it was so captivating to me, but it's understandable that many people don't tolerate long angst arcs

its hard for me to settle on a rating cause my personal range for this show is 7-9. it reminds me of legend of anle and TTEOM where viewers have varying tolerances for misunderstandings or how long the angst lasts, sometimes you feel motivated to keep watching while anticipating the resolution, while other times you give up out of annoyance

my drama list is a very inaccurate reflection of popularity and ratings in china. the most watched c dramas on here tend to be the romance focused dramas whereas thriller/action dramas are not as popular. this shows main demographic is like 30+ year olds

i finished ep6 and saw the marriage scene but now im wondering what happened to the prosecutor guy she scheduled to marry? i probably missed a scene where she cancelled or something cause i was multi tasking but i cant recall
