He’s such a weak character. The fact that he left her alone for so long during her pregnancy, when she had complications too. changed my mind about him even more.

The last two episodes really felt weird for me too. Especially her friend. I sense she’s jealous of her or can’t stand her in secret. And the ML is such a week character that I want her to end up with SML at this point.

Don’t get your hopes up. This get more and more frustrating by each episode. I’m literally either dropping it or wait for all episodes to come out

I don’t think they ever mentioned his age in the drama. But he’s definitely older than the FL as he’s calling her a young girl.

They average age when they take the Imperial exam is around 20-24 years old. So my guess is that he’s in his late 20s (5 years in exile + 1 year before returning to his family)

As a mom myself I don’t know if I can watch this drama. What the ML’s mother did to her is one of the worst things you can do to a mom. Telling her the child passed away. And then blackmailing her into leaving. I cannot imagine how she grieved by herself all this time. Because losing a child is not something you ever get over. And then the ML calls her names for not acknowledging the child while he’s completely clueless. Ughh I can’t. This is nuts.
