Both of these are BL of the "Unlimited Flow" (continuous horror games) Genre.

The MC and ML of both stories are really similar. And, in both stories, the two have a backstory with one another.

Earth is Online focuses a bit more on the arcs and what exactly the towers are/do.

Global University focuses a bit more on the inner turmoil and character relationships.

Both of these are BL of the "Unlimited Flow" (continuous horror games) Genre.

In Earth is Online, the main character is cold/calculative while the male lead is very strong and strategic.

In Kaleidoscope of Death, the main character is very adaptable and the male lead is a survivor.

While Earth is Online is a bit more on the comedic side, Kaleidoscope of Death is very raw with its characters and you can truly feel their despair in every world.

Both are pretty slowburn.

Earth is Online's games are a bit less scary than Global University Entrances though.

Both of these stories involve the death of an individual which lead to a teacher discovering both the good and bad secrets of their students. Both of these are mystery/suspense dramas where every single witness is twisting the truth and where their rich politician parents are directing the behind-the-scenes.
Both of these also have minimal romance.
Law School is a bit more mature and as its name suggests, law plays a big role in it. It focuses more on morality and understanding why characters do what they do.
Class of Lies is more dramatic and suspenseful, it's less about the laws and morality and more about who the real culprit is and how they've been playing everyone around them.
