I don't feel like a listen to that many groups, but I try to follow GG releases and debuts. I do want to get more into nmixx ever since they released blue Valentine, I LOVE that song!! and after izna I really like HITGS, their songs are consistently good/catchy and they have a cute concept! I also really liked new jeans 😭 for the bg I only ever really listened to got7 and now Im following modyssey! you? I'll also take recs if you have any :))

spicy was SO GOOD!! honestly even baggy jeans was my favorite for the intro performances, I thought they all deserved iland.
I actually did like eyes, nose, lips better 😬 and I even really liked how minsols voice complimented Jiyoons when they harmonized which was for me the part I was disappointed in for fine, i thought individually Jungeun and Fuko did great but when they sang together I didn't like it as much as I did eyes nose lips. what I would criticize for ENL tho is that it was less of a duo and more of a lead singer with her back up cause Jiyoon outshined minsol. I don't remember the scores but I think ENL won because Jiyoons score was waaaay above everyone's and minsols was actually the lowest among the four (I think?). and I still listen to the eyes nose lips performance every now and then

yes, its not that I don't like Jeemin, and if anything I think the excessive pressure on Jeemin is showing in her health. she is the only member (that to me) looks scary skinny. I'm genuinely worried about her, but I also feel bad for the other members. they don't get promoted, but also if Jeemin gets so overworked that she needs to take a break, the group will take a big hit. in the end, izna needs IZNA fans not JEEMIN fans, and izna is Mai and Jeemin and Koko and Sarang and Jungeun and Saebi. but it's not up to me, so they'll just keep doing what they want, and I'll support all the girls cause they deserve it.
the Jungeun-jiyoon beef got so crazy! and the way the producers kept trying to get content out of it by provoking them 😭 I feel like they maybe wanted to do something similar with Koko and Yuju but accepted that it would only ever look cute 🥰

if sign isn't my favorite it's up there, the feelings I got from the first listen were so special 🥰 for me her hiatus was the bigger shock. it happened so EARLY and then her leaving was what I was expecting at that point. I didn't want her to, but it felt like they were moving on without her, especially with beep, I couldn't see her in that concept. as for member popularity, I think Jungeun placed first because of international popularity. in Korea Jeemin and Jiyoon were the two favorites (if I'm not wrong). now its Jeemin and Jungeun, which makes me feel sad for Jeemin cause I think she's getting overworked, and the reality is that the other members are talented and capable of taking some of the roles she's been given. I haven't followed kpop for very long (I started taking an interest when new jeans debuted 🥺) but to me it would make sense to promote all of them instead of putting so much focus on the "fotg". but I'll also always support them! 😍 Jiyoon included! Ive actually been debating rewatching iland2 also cause I really enjoyed it, I didn't before cause Yuju hadn't debuted and i would be sad to see her try so hard and not make it but now she's doing well in her own group ❤️ so I might do it !

i keep hope that they'll become big. cause I also think they're one of the best and very underrated. unfortunately i think it makes sense why they're underrated. after sign they had so much potential to continue growing in popularity but beep did not deliver, we had jiyoon leave, and then mamma Mia (while a great performance) was a song that made people give up on izna. I know people liked racecar but for me the big problem was not showcasing vocals in the chorus, which none of those three (or metronome) did and those are the songs being promoted and that have challenge videos where the chorus is being spread to potential new fans. in sign we had Mai, Jungeun and Sarang singing throughout the chorus without empty moments. luckily metronome was still really well received cause of the genre/style (just didn't explode - yet) and they'll be coming back in September with two new songs. the soon cb makes me think that we won't get a rock, paper, scissors choreo like they suggested 😞

Sarang is my bias and Mai is my bias wrecker, but my favorite duo is corncheez! Sarang as an all rounder is definitely underrated especially when it comes to dance. I think it's a combination of her natural style and her height. her movements can't be as big but shes also more graceful than powerful, which is fine, but this is seen as less good 😞 also her tone both in sing and rap 😍😍 and now a songwriter too. I could talk about Sarang all day !!

for what it was (as someone who didnt know any of the 3 idols prior) this was not a bad watch. I honestly would've even liked a couple more episodes considering how super short it is

from what I know of the contestants not in izna:
- Sujung is in a dance group called axial and goes by the name Sain
- LingLing debuted in the group kiiras as the leader
- Yuju participated in her 4th survival (unpretty rapstar: hip pop princess) and placed 1st. she debuted in the Korean-japanese group H//PE Princess
- Son Juwon (now JuOne), Yui (now Newy) and Um Jiwon (now JiOne) after like a year of MANY rumors, finally debuted together in Keyveats
- Yeeun debuted in the group Unchild (I believe as the leader)

- Fuko has an Instagram called haveyouseenthis___ that she shares with another trainee. it is believed she will be debuting "soon"
- jiyoon has an Instagram (@_yoonjiyoon) AND YouTube channel @yoonjiyoonyoutube) and has posted a couple of covers so far

but yes Yuju was my favorite (along with Sarang) and Fuko was everyone's hearbreaker 🥺

she did, she placed first in the show and is now in the group H//PE Princess! I don't know that they have official roles, but I think she's considered the center. she also did a special stage collab at kcon Japan covering extraL which was really good

the romance is a very small part of the plot, its mostly comedy even in the fight scenes it's supposed to be funny, but their scenes are cute anyway. and his acting had gotten better since my ID is Gangnam beauty and true beauty but I think he's also getting roles that better suit him.

he was also in a drama called wonderful world which was a revenge drama and he did really well there! I think people just don't like his acting style (which is fine) but he's not a bad actor! and he's been improving with each drama. personally I think my favorite role for him is still a good day to be a dog, which definitely used his funny side too!

if I'm not wrong, it's actually been going up each week, I believe it was in the 7 range before, now it's at 8. I think it has the potential to keep rising

for me ep2 was the worst so far, thankfully this week picked up a lot! I laughed so much with eps3-4

YESS I took a long pause after ep8 (I was consistently watching on Mondays before the break) and finally finished today just to be 😠💀

I haven't watched ep8 yet, but I might actually drop this soon now that they put a break, cause it's just not good enough to comeback to after two weeks
