Definitely imo, its a nice open ending that leaves room for another season, but if not also a decent open ending that leaves things to our imagination or an easy continuation into the donghua or novel.

Haha no problem, yeh bit confusing but it does go back to the beginning pretty quick, other episodes also start like that sometimes so you know what to expect, but they got back to where its meant to be pretty quick into the episode. All good, if you got nothing to watch definitely worth it.

How much did you watch? Might just be because episode 1 starts like in the future and it's like all a flashback/he's telling a story if that makes sense. Like remember for ep 1 of the drama it started with him fighting a monster then goes back in time. For the donghua it's the same like he's telling a story so every episode or some episodes start with him in the future telling the story if that makes sense. You should still be able to watch it, it's just how they made it. I think thats what you're talking about at least, might be wrong.

Hahaha sorry to disappoint he's just as bad and Scooby doo. The scene of him bombing the mine in today's ep was really similar to the donghua, in the donghua he was even crazier more Scooby doo my opinion, he kept having this like crazy/creepy laugh, he became obsessed with the ml and went a little crazy chasing him. 😂But he calmed down after a bit. We'll see if he calms down a bit in the drama.

I definitely feel the pace is fast, and would be nice if there was more development for some other characters so we could get emotionally invested in them. But might be interesting for you to know in the novel and donghua the 'good' sects don't actually win, the 'evil' sects come out on top or its kind of like a stalemate, but the evil sects have the advantage, but by then Han Li has left.

I swear, based on previews for next episodes, if this gives us a SE like pearl girl or the glory, I'm gonna be so mad.

In the novel Wang Chan does not die for ages and ages, approx chapter 1200. For reference in the drama we are roughly around the mid 200 chapters and he's not dead in the donghua, even after 150 episodes. So if it follows the donghua and the novel, he won't die.

Yeh I heard they were making that into a cdrama, love the plot but wonder who they will cast for the FL.

Cheng Lei having this drama and then possibly Shadow love late august (still rumored but looking possible), could just make August the month of Cheng Lei dominating, btw damn near 15k watchers on MDL before it even airs and breaking 3m reservation on Tencent yesterday, the hype is real

I don't think this has even started filming yet, filming will take 6+ months to film then all the stuff that comes after, editing, cgi, distribution license etc. It's impossible to be this year when filming hasn't even started.

Also wanted to say after the news yesterday, hope Bai Lu is doing ok! I'm sure her colleagues and friends on the drama and all around her everywhere else will support her. Stalking and harassing are never ok whether you're fans or not. I'm sure everyone on set will support her, especially Cheng Lei 😊

100% I reckon Ju Hyeong will quit by the end and start his own place. He's already been there way too long everyone says, and hopefully he gets the others to join him. But I reckon Sang Gi will become a full time teacher and Chang Won will become a prosecutor.

I think you're confused with the bully case. They aren't related at all. They are two separate cases, not related at all. They just both happen to be about bullying. The reason the police officer was confused was because for the first case, he argued against bullying, the second case he was arguing for/helping a different bully. So the officer was confused since he argued against the bully and then he came back defending/helping a different bully and contradicting his previous arguments . But they were not related. They were just both bullying cases but not the same or related cases. Two completely different victims and accused, two completely unrelated cases. I can see how you're confused as it might not have been clear in the drama.
