If you're talking about from the 23rd to the 25th, it normally happens because express episodes will release, so on the 22nd we can expect express to release the day before the break. Iqiyi do this a lot so it's pretty normal.

Looking at the air schedule, why do I have a bad feeling this is gonna be a sad ending, heartbreak emoji for ep 27, then a red ribbon on a tree for ep 28, I really hope not, I pray for a happy ending here. Anyone know if the ending has been leaked pls let me know.

I have to say one thing I really enjoy is the pace of the drama, I think it being 28 eps helps it a lot. Normally for fl to get revenge/justice on le jun, I was expecting it to take maybe 3-5 eps, for them to go in circles for a bit like many other dramas do when a lead is seeking revenge/justice, but they wrapped it up nicely in 2 eps. Based on previews we get a bit more of le jun tomorrow, but I enjoyed how quickly it was done, no wasting time with filler or anything. I really think the ep count helps this drama a lot.

Honestly, the cop is the wisest guy out of everyone, man speaks nothing but sense. But god damn really wish we didn't have to see the mother again, she returns right as fl is getting some kind of insurance payout, so so sus, hope she doesn't break the heart of fl again by only returning for money

Has been a bit rinse and repeat lately, the relationship makes progress like their convo in ep 23 on the ouch, then some work thing gets in the way and drives them apart, then repeat, hopefully they can begin working together rather then letting work stuff drive them apart

Yeh, thats the beauty of cdramas, getting invested in the characters is a good thing, but I agree, I don't think fl is going about it the right way. Right now I believe she's caused him more hurt and headaches since her return, I hope we can soon just see them comforting each other and some happiness, instead of jealousy.

I don't think what she's doing is terrible, and I don't think either has the right to tell the other to stop if they themselves won't, I agree with you there for sure, I just didn't like how when ml tells her to stop and she doesn't but he still supports her, but when ml doesn't stop she leaves their house. However, the question then becomes did fl come back to take Zhang bin down or to be with ml and take him away for a better life. Seems like currently her investigating Zhang bin has only hurt ml, which is the opposite to what she should be doing. Or maybe she believes the only way to free ml is to take down Zhang bin once and for all, which is totally valid, but right now I don't like the way either of them is going about it to be fair. Especially for me her moving out was a bad choice, and when I say that I mean a bad choice by the writer, I feel her moving out is totally against her character not sure why the writer went down that route.

Thing is for me, it was her choice to come to the city and investigate, remember the phone call with 2ml, it was said fl volunteered for the job. She purposefully came back for it. At the same time, ml only returned to work for Zhang bin because of fl, otherwise he would have stayed at the pool hall.

So I do think they're both in the wrong, but in my mind fl was the instigator for coming back and investigating the company, that forced ml to work for Zhang bin again, I think if fl left, so would ml. FL says something similar in ep 22, she says how she thought she could come back and take him away, but only caused him more pain. I understand she wants to save ml, but I feel like she kind of jumped in the fire without thinking of the consequences. She also knows how protective he is of her, he would never stop working for Zhang bin as long as she's there.

It is for sure, it's a pretty stress free, cute romance, like the opposite of LFY. Minimal angst and stress, mostly just cuteness. Definitely will heal the angst wounds from LFY haha
