abolishing the crown really did save the plot because even Ian himself who wanted it so bad saw no way forward for it to be sustainable, I just think this 12 episode farce needs to stop because we're really leaving a ton of things out. We needed some closure with the little king and what happened to him-- see him thrive- with his uncle and watch that awkward dynamic disappear... sigh. wanted to see Ian step up and be a father figure in the end... would've stole hearts there... Never got a proper confrontation with the prime minister as well.... not to mention the other loose ends in the show. The same went to Bon Appetite your majesty, everything was just so incredible rushed. I wanna have a referendum for bringing 16 episode dramas back fr. give us more, here it's like 40 minutes earlier man was almost dead, next 40 he's back being king, argh. ALSO IU's stylist on this show needs to be fired and everyone else who approved it!!! She's so stunning and her outfits did nothing but put her in the most underhwlecming choices-- as if color analysis and Korea have nothing to do with each other. But oh boy, meanwhile make Byeon Woo Seok's and Queen Mother's stylist prime minister at least
I'm actually the on3 translating it. https://www.wattpad.com/story/408471292?utm_source=android&utm_medium=link&utm_content=share_writing&wp_page=create&wp_uname=AdlTt0
share it as spoiler so it's protected !and thank you
lol i found it- been a loyal cdrama watcher for 7 years and this is probably one of thebest exciting steamy scenes I’ve seen, and i found it so life’s good :)
can a kind soul who has any clip of the scene that was cut from episode 38 please share it with me
you know which one im talking about... right after the bathtub scene which has a Dif version now (no more crawling- that was probably one of the hottest cdrama scenes that exist on this planet)
I wouldn't say that -- it's just really hard to take the plot twists from the novel which prolly started getting the narrative in the last 10 episodes to feel underwhelming compared to 3/4 the show which was absolutely stellar. so it's kinda natural to feel the way. moreover the show carries the actors with a lot of aura and as audience I felt like every scene had to be wow, and you can tell they build that, but the story and the tale about the past isn't climatic enough to carry that weight
so basically there's no fit emperor, and Wei yan is innocent and the culprit because he was aware of everyone's intentions ? like what's going on --- can novel readers spoil please
