i actually don't really see the similarity with eternal love except for the color tone. but i think if you read the manhua, you'll get where the cliche came from. even if it's only loosely adapted, but i think it's really just how the manhua goes. but still, don't compare it with eternal love, eternal love is just too awesome u.u (and it has way more episodes than this)

I just love this drama, one from few medical dramas that giving a satisfying portion of the heavy medical and light romance and relationships. some might feel the ending is unsatisfying, and i don't know if i'm being biased but i love it and can't stop craving for more.

i would've said yes. The couple did end up together, and eventho there would be something that felt unsatisfying, might be just because we were craving for more great medical feelings the drama give from the start. I don't know if i'm being biased because i love this drama, but i'd say the ending is good enough by giving something light after the heaviness of the story.

i'm really enjoying korean historical dramas and there are sooo many interesting historical dramas, you might as well tell me your preferences if you want some recommendation :D

but on the drama the scene is cut so maybe it's not as yummy as the one you find in youtube hihi (but you can find the uncut version on youtube tho)

make sure you finish here to heart, i don't know why but i'm so in love with that drama :3 ah and there's also because of you(ch) remake of korean drama 'jang bori is here' (but i prefer the remake ver more)

It's interesting and rather satisfying, especially if you're a fan of criminal and psychological dramas. But i think it was a bit too rushed because the ending just suddenly came especially when we expect a big fighting scene to catch the criminals in the end. It feels like a 12 episode drama rather than 21, but still, worth to watch with a pinch of cute-romance sprinkles on top of that.
