Netflix states that "Designated Survivor: 60 Days" will be released globally (with the exception of Korea) in July 2019.

From the writer of "My Dear Cat"! Really enjoyed that drama. . . . I miss Choi Yoon-young! Wish I could watch her in tvN's upcoming drama "Designated Survivor: 60 Days"

Assuming Netflix won't make this available to fans in the USA because of copyright issues.
