Ha, how funny. The wiki page refers to "Noeantal", describing actress
Kim Ok-vin who plays Tae Ha. She is the last surviving Noeantal, a race different from humans, as well as the first Empress of Asadal.
The use of neo-natal is surely a typo, right? I'll send in an edit.
