It used to have a lot of dramas with English subtitles, but that stopped once Kocowa came on the scene last August. I watched a lot of daily dramas there, and perhaps some of the older dramas are still subbed (I haven't checked). I did have a subscription but stopped paying when they could't offer English subtitles.
I like that they are able to put movies up for PPV. Are you familiar with CDramaBase? They are subbing some Chinese dramas now. Here is their link for subtitling projects:
