They might not speak that much anymore, but they still can. It makes no sense he struggles to communicate with Ming at first like that. It's just a plot hole. As for the enunciation problem, i agree it's definitely better for them to avoid that tbh.

Thought i would like GeminiFourth's plot a little more than i am rn. I think the fact that Gemini's character not being able to talk even tho he had a late hearing loss is such a plot hole that it kinda threw me off.
Are you used to watching a lot of BLs? If yes, then watch it. Not the best, but not the worst. But if you're new to BL or only watch the more popular ones, then you should skip it.

This would be 100% better with 8 or 10 episodes instead of 12 tho. Bc there are more episodes than needed, the directing pace is too slow sometimes, which results in some scenes having 10 seconds of complete silence in a middle of a dialogue.
