Have you seen someone with very bad acne and a lot of facial hair just go into work like that? That is the beauty standard people usually expect: clean face. Glasses do make eyes smaller and other features blur. I agree, it wasn't a dramatic change. Then again it's HIGH SCHOOL. Bullies don't care if your features are nice if you have acne.
