According to what I heard from webtoon readers and from Yumi's Cells official mdl page, it said that he's portraying…
In the webtoon Yoo Babi was dating someone tho. A journalist. I forgot her name but when Babi meets Yumi, they are both in a relationship with other people.
Someone mentioned in the comments there is gonna be a season 2. Is it true or just a rumor? Where is the source? I can't find it anywhere in english pages.
But from the drama they don't have Shin Soonrok yet in their cast list, I really hope for the changes like Yumi…
Yeah, Shin Soonrok appears waaaay later in the story, in the last episodes of the webtoon, and they get married. They don't seem to have a plan for season 2 so I'm gonna go ahead and say Woong is endgame. As a webtoon reader, I was so f'cking sure she was gonna end up with Woong. Maybe this is an alternate ending for the webtoon fans.
Same! But the TV network won't allow LGTBI+ representation so my guess is that she just missed her friend and…
It is still a big risk since Korean society is very conservative so I wouldn't just jump into the conclusion that "of course they would show it". But I do hope that dramas continue to choose LGTBI+ characters.
Just watched ep 19, THAT MAN HAS A LOT OF AUDACITY
I knew he was shitty when he told Tao to add money to his band (as if she's part of the band). And then inmediately get in a lot of debt by buying the singer girl a guitar. Like, wat??????
The answer to your questions is south koreans are very much obsessed with their actors and actresses,no doubt…
That is so not true. Everywhere in the world there are crazy fans who become obsessed. The Korean entertainment environment has created this story about idols and actors not revealing their dating history due to korean values. It's a very conservative society that considers popular people to be a big influence in society so actors can't go against this conservative values and there is a whole deal of actors and idols being this "brand". Not their real selves but the appereance they sell. Of course it depends on the company that manages them but it has become a society rule now that this famous people can't be "caught" dating.
