you bring up some good points but yes I do think it was too slowly paced for most of it and then the ending was extremely rushed

I think it's smart for production companies to hire actors who have reached the age of majority (which is 20 in Thailand) because otherwise parents might give permission but then see the final product and revoke that permission (this has actually happened)

I'm actually reading the manga now and Pai's character does major fangirling so this adaptation is actually sticking closer to the source material but I did like that they removed this from the Japanese live action adaptation, we'll see where they go with her character

hope you find something good to watch, there is also Happy Ending Romance that has a love triangle that I liked more than other love triangles :)

Here is what I've come up with for getting over an awful ex and into a better relationship/choosing the nice guy: Love Is Science (a het show with one of my favorite m/m couples ever, there are official clips of just the m/m scenes on youtube), Heartstopper, Feel You Linger In The Air, About Youth (with the side couple), My Ride, Great Men Academy, Broken Youth

I too would love more stories of a character dumping a terrible boyfriend and finding someone way better (or choosing the nice guy in a love triangle), let me think on it and I'll post it with a spoiler covering

I was watching at a faster speed so that's probably why I didn't realize their dialogues sounded unnatural, I have liked some of their stuff such as Country Boy

there are 4 minors because the age of majority in Thailand is 20, there is a 17 year old and 3 19 year olds, it is an odd choice for them to have the 17 year old doing (at least 1 in ep 1) NSFW scene...if a production company has to put a statement out that the actors' parents approved of the actors' NSFW scenes maybe the production should have made some different choices...

I am definitely not alone with not enjoying the character age gap, I did see MDL comments about it. Adult Soon actively manipulated young Ongsa for a long time and it did not sit right with me.

I want to add that YT channel owners (production companies) can and do delete any and all negative comments and also hide users and all of their comments from their channel. So if you only see positive comments, most likely all negative/constructive criticism comments have been deleted. I personally don't do this on my YT channel (unless its abusive/personal attack) but I for sure know other channels do this.

Glad you found my review helpful. People like different things (which is fine) so I'm not surprised some people gave it a 10/10. I recently learned it will be re-released on YouTube starting December 23rd. I'm guessing the YouTube version will either shorten or totally remove the NSFW scenes. If I have time, I'll try to watch the YouTube version and update my review of the differences with the NSFW scenes.
