Agree and there are many more questions. Like about food, Why did they wait for 5 years to start the mission. How were things still functioning even after 5 years (seems like water was flooding every year), why they didn’t bring the sample 5 years ago, like so on…
Maybe we need to consider as just fiction. Though this concept has A very good scope for sequels/prequels as you mentioned for example: Luna's life after coming to earth, her supernatural powers or how other parties try to acquire samples so on..
Overall series is very good I would say it’s around 8.5. Just they could have had more story about the crew, or some other human intruders with some hide and seek / survival fights…

For some reason I was not that impressed about the SYJ role in Save Me, however her roles in "it’s okay to not be okay and lawless lawyer are amazing. And of course she is an excellent actress without any doubt. Hope she does many more projects.
