Sadly, this doesn't do the original justice. At all. As much as I prefer this casting over the Korean one, it really just feels like any other poorly directed, low-budget Thai drama. GMMTV has released yet another disappointment. The pacing of this is really off, and jumps from place to place without the much needed background, and the character development is just flat. Nobody has a real personality because there isn't enough depth for each main character. It honestly feels like they rewrote the script in two days and filmed the whole thing in two weeks. When can we get a good Thai drama?? I was really hoping for some development after watching F4 Thailand and Enigma! :(
:( I hope you find good kdramas to watch still, in the future-- there are a lot of heartwarming ones too. And props to you for finishing, I didn't even start it and even if I did I'm the type to drop it once it gets bad.
HAHAHA I skipped that because I'm not a fan of the intense "makjang" type of drama. I used to be 100% kdrama and 0% cdrama but now it's almost half half :p
haha ofc :) Just make sure you have adblock installed if you don't want a million ads-- luckily these two are sites that actually show zero ads with adblock, most other websites still have a few popups that bypass the adblock.
I'm a bit confused... just started it, but are the ML and FL friends? They skip the whole "FL setting up friend with ML" part, and they seem comfortable with each other but also not at the same time. It's kind of confusing.
This is surprisingly fun. The FL is very charismatic, and her acting when she cries is so good. The pace is also pretty good, and I can't wait to see ML fall for her when he knows he shouldn't. Also, very interesting the friend is gay, so there isn't any unnecessary love triangles between brothers-- we know how those go. Can't wait for next week's. And the gpa doesn't seem as evil as I thought he would be-- the hilarious taxi scene really showed he can be comedic. (though he's nowhere old enough to be the grandpa lol more like father)
Do they have any references to the drama? Besides his name? (I heard he's ShangGu's son?)
