The way he cried like a kid in shopping king broke my heart. Though imo, Smile Has left your eyes is his best drama if we don't count this. King of Highschool was my first K-drama in 2021 and forever my fav. Only full K-drama on my HardDrive.

You didn't rebut anything I said regarding their mental states and how both male leads interacted with FL with actual logic other than "Oh, he was by her side from the start". There was legit no stalkerish behaviour from ML. Stalkers rarely interact with someone they are stalking. And he made his intentions known very clearly early onthat he likes her and if that is your claim then even FML stalked him a couple times.

It's okay if you are biased. I don't like some male leads either like Cha Eun-Woo but I won't just claim the FL should be with SML just because of that. There must be a clearcut attraction or reasoning why a FL should or shouldn't be with someone. I liked SML in ID is Gangnam Beauty more but I understood why FL couldn't be with him. The only time I was 100% a FL should have been with SML was Start-Up.

Yeah first episode was probably the weakest but I'd still give that 8/10, It was mostly setting up the story and conditions so if people are bored by some explanations they can feel annoyance.

haven't watched it yet but from the comments does seem like 8.7 is a bit too high. For Death's game currently watching are averaging at 8.9. It's the verified/stars rating where I feel it's been review bombed by a few people at 7.9...which is a joke.

Even though he was suffering from severe OCD he still put the FL first and actively got her through her depression. And how is sml a Green flag? He is paralyzed by indecision and never truly confesses or puts himself out there and has self esteem issues. I am not even talking about his mental condition of anxiety and panic attacks. A person with depression and another with severe anxiety being together is an actual red flag. They would just be licking each other's wounds if they got together.

Nah, 9.0 rating is only for happy ending kawaii romances. Sorry to say but I swear some of the women k-drama fans can't appreciate the nuances of a story such as this. Same reason why Smile has left your eyes received 8.3 when it was a another gripping Masterpiece with Seo InGuk. Meanwhile plot hole ridden garbo like What's wrong with Secretary Kim gets an 8.5 lol.

You are an OG for this recommend. Smile has left your eyes is his best work imo. His acting range is insane though. I started K-Dramas with King of High School and still rewatch it. Excellent in Shopping king and I remember you as well. Would recommend all of these.
