Ep 10 review I love the show and how mature the romance is but the asshole manager and the scandal aspect was no where in the webtoon. I wish they stuck to that and explored the relationship dynamic like they did in the webtoon instead of inserting the cliche "ruin your image with affair leaking" shit. That's the only thing that irks me about the show. Also how a manager this incompetent has not been reported or fired or even let be promoted in the first place at a company that supposedly only cares about competency is beyond me. That's a weird ass plothole just to insert this trope.
I prefer Recipe For Love and Can This Love Be Translated as Romance kdramas of this year over this one, this is…
As someone who loves both Seo In Guk and Kim Seon Ho, I would say Can this Love be Translated is goated. Though comparing the two isn't fair. This is a mature workplace romance and it's really good. Can this love be translated has a bit more of a psychological edge to it.
E8Another sweet and fluffy episode. I really liked how they resolved all the misunderstandings from E7 instead…
Even the last one is NOT a misunderstanding. The FL acknowledges that ML can't do anything about his past and SHE hates herself for not being strong enough to shoulder that past or him meeting with his ex's family even if she okay'd it. It is more a human condition at that point rather than a misunderstanding. Though I am worried about the scene in preview where ML asked the FL, apparently, if she hacked the system. That will NOT end well.
I am actually loving this Drama. Don't know why it's rated 7.5 here. It's better than most 8 rated dramas on this site. I actually wish it was a longer show, like 10 Ep. But I guess it will end with her successful comeback.
just started episode 5... the series is enjoyable so far but AI being somehow a part of every K-drama these days…
I mean Korea being the technological capital of the world alongside Japan AND this series literally being about working for a tech corp means it SHOULD actually have AI in it. Also, they have done a really good job of keeping the tech and how it's developed realistic. I have worked in IT and incubation centers so it's on point.
Bro Episode 4 was another banger, the first 2 episodes felt a bit slow but now it seems everything is picking up. I think it was missing the male backstory and the side characters didn't feel as deep. Episode 3 and 4 I started to genuinely love the side characters too which makes the story progression natural. Now to wait a week for ep 5 and 6.
should I wait or start now? :) I'm in a bit of a slump now that Royal Nemsis is over...
For sure. His best work is "Smile has left your Eyes" in my opinion. It makes you appreciate the depth in his acting and how well he can play an anti-hero. Don't watch is you are weak hearted though.

If you like SIG, watch King of High School Savvy. That was my very first K-drama 5 years ago. SIG's acting in the K-will song got me to watch his work and I have been hooked on K-dramas ever since.
