should I wait or start now? :) I'm in a bit of a slump now that Royal Nemsis is over...
For sure. His best work is "Smile has left your Eyes" in my opinion. It makes you appreciate the depth in his acting and how well he can play an anti-hero. Don't watch is you are weak hearted though.

If you like SIG, watch King of High School Savvy. That was my very first K-drama 5 years ago. SIG's acting in the K-will song got me to watch his work and I have been hooked on K-dramas ever since.
1st episode was awesome, also the webtoon was amazing, read the whole thing except for final few chapters because…
Issue is that they have changed a lot of things so I am not confident. Like in webtoon, ML, is the only boss and all of the team works under him. He's antisocial but starts seeing good sides of FL and starts to open up. Also there is no Jerk Boss like here. Also, FL and ex are already friends that hang out with the ex wanting to get together but FL making sure she doesn't go there. From here they slowly get to like each other and the best thing about it is how the ML is very considerate towards the FL and her apparent flaws and even loves her for them. When they start to get serious, Kang Siwoo even makes sure to resign and move to a new company so that they can be a couple for real. That's where cracks start to emerge. Kang Siwoo's new subordinate falling for him and not knowing he has a girlfriend and the FL misunderstanding them and doing something worse (not cheating worse, behavior worse). Then because of FL's past she overreacts when the ML tries to meet her mother and she has a huge fight over nothing and calls it quits. Last I remember, FL realises that she's been a jerk and she realises she really truly loved the ML and looked like they would get together.
Also, No-Ah storyline is actually awesome too. In the webtoon the breakup is WAY worse. She shows up to her boyfriend's uni, sees him being flirty with the fellow researcher, he brushes it off, hangs with her HAS SEX with her and then when she's going back thinking they are okay he breaks up over texts and says he likes someone else. There is a whole blowout from that and No-AH spirals and she ends up meeting a free spirited playboy who's younger than her. They have a one night stand but he genuinely starts falling for her and wants to change for her. From there they have a very cute relationship but the younger boy being friendly with girls causes some rockiness.
That's all I remember. Now I read it many months ago so if I got some details or facts wrong I apologize.
If they stick to the manga it will be an awesome show, but I am worried because they have already changed quite a few things.
They have changed a LOT from the webtoon. Some changes are good, like showing Kang Siwoo's competence and more…
Like the jerk boss. In webtoon, they, along with No-Ah, already work together and the only point of contention is Siwoo being an antisocial and kinda-strict boss even though he is fair. There is no jerk incompetent boss who curries favors.
Also, in the webtoon FL is already over her ex and they are almost like best friends where they hang out with each other. They have a "ex wanting to get back together but FL making sure she doesn't go there" sort of relationship. And Ga-eul in webtoons was a very honest and naive character who genuinely cared about FL and even cried at one point as he gave up on the FL lead when she asks to stop hanging together because her new boyfriend, ML, might get the wrong idea.
They have changed a LOT from the webtoon. Some changes are good, like showing Kang Siwoo's competence and more in depth look at the what the company does. However, some changes are just there for the typical K-Drama tropes.

OMG the second half of the episode was so good...I can't wait for the 2nd episode. I am also glad it's funny too, trailer and stills made it look gloomy for some reason. Actually got a couple of hearty laughs and a few chuckles.
another drama ruined by Seo In Guk's mediocre face. korea has no actors left?
Bro I am a straight dude who found is looks and acting charming in Music video and I watched a K drama for the first time because of him. So I don't know where you are coming from. Even then, everyone can have their looks preferences but you can't deny he is a top tier actor.
