I agree that just silly part of novel. But I think it safe to assume in novel, Yan Dan and Zhixi is really similar in appearance and voice. But in drama, YZ and MZY are so different. No one can buy YY mistaken them.

I find CGI is good enough. Probably comparable to AOL, ALP and any other recent Xianxia which good enough. Unless if you think those are also ugly. Also it still too early to tell about storyline but I enjoyed it so far.
