Love this series, gripping and with lots of twists till the end. As far as a thriller goes definitely not something…
- If there's a most annoying kdrama character list, Cha Sung Jae is probably there. - I wanna see Jinwoo with his daughter !! I'm bit sad we didn't get that :((( - ngl with the drama all about taking responsibility, I thought there was gonna be a plot hole where FL won't be punished for her crimes (after all, she's the one who kickstarted the whole thing) , but she did so I was pleasantly surprised with that (and I do think Shin Hwa would take care of Bom during that time, even though it's not explained)
Love this series, gripping and with lots of twists till the end. As far as a thriller goes definitely not something familiar as it's very character heavy but the plot did keep me hooked till end.
Few details could be less hand-wavy but it didn't detract from the overall experience for me. Would watch 1-2 episodes more for the ending though, it did felt bit rushed with so many things to wrap up but I'd say they did not leave anything hanging. Def recommend for thriller fans.
Few more thoughts that I'll leave under a spoiler tag
it's a very good drama but it touches on themes that people might not be comfortable with and with characters you just can't root for, so it really depends on what you're looking for but I can't say the latter didn't affect the ratings cuz people don't seem to rate based on the quality but their own feelings
went into this drama having so low expectations but it blew me away!
It's def tethers into the darker edge and the ML is morally grey. The script is well written and the characters behave logically, and all the characters are fleshed out besides one. Even the villain's ideology is something you can understand, even though they casted like the most obvious person and I don't like that actor.
my only gripe is the pacing can be slow at times which lowers the suspense a lil but for the last 4 episodes it's all worth it. just don't nitpick too much about what you see in other spy movies (esp the recent ones, remember this is made 8 years ago)
I think it's because they don't want the drama to be about revenge
I understand that but it's still something they have to touch on tho... ep13 felt choppy to me, I just hope they can wrap everything up nicely in 1 episode

The story isn't even related? the only similarity here is that there are police and drugs, which is not the first kdrama to have both these themes.
