on episode 23 and my man xie wei has gone through a lot for this woman lol I will not be mad with how he makes her fall in love with him he deserves it for being a good morally gray man to me lol plus she is equally as gray and cunning so they deserve each other oooh but I love seeing him worked up over her
she is sooooo babygirl and sweet and he is such a dork!! I love a sweet and hardworking FL and a cranky but gooey center ML. This is a light drama, an episode or two every night and enjoying the fluff kind of drama. Some would call it boring but their relationship was sooo healthy and filled with green flags, it really warms the heart. Their chemistry was great too as expected from great actors with some great romantic kisses (not spicy but still great)!! I would recommend this drama to those who like opposites attract, healthy relationship, cute and slow fluff with easy to love characters!
Just binged this show in two days, there were many tropes that I am not a fan of like fated love and magic love spell but the ML and FL had such good chemistry and a way of showing their feelings that I could not stop watching. This show made me see the beauty of past life destined love bc usually I find that plot device corny. But I believe this show did it in a tasteful way as their love story in modern times was fulfilling. I enjoyed the push and pull they had in their relationship and even the other woman drama added angst that I enjoyed because it makes when they finally get together that much sweeter.
Honestly stupidity and lack of logic drives me crazy in this series.FL running away from ML - where is logic ?ML…
-i think it was romantic that she tried to stay away from bc thats what she believed would protect him -i also think ml was appropriate in how he responded to his father, he let her stand up for herself and believed in her to do so and also showed the love and respect he has for his father but he did speak up at the right times imo
If you like intercultural romances, you will love this!! I have never seen a show or movie do this trope but it is one of my fav book tropes to read so it is sooo wonderful to experience it done so well in this show! Even though the sub plot gets a little slow at times, the main couple's acting, dialogue, and chemistry are absolutely wonderful!!! I highly recommend watching this one if you're a romantic who needs a strong and short dose of romance!
I am on episode 7 and the male lead has A LOT to make up for, if this drama is as good as a romance as some people…
On episode 9 andI have the worst case of second lead syndrome, which never happens to me because I can sense how much the male and female lead are better suited but in this one so far it has been really hard to see that because the sweet romantic scenes have not been as strong between the male and female leads.
I am on episode 7 and the male lead has A LOT to make up for, if this drama is as good as a romance as some people have said then this male lead better be ready to give me some serious butterflies later because he has been so rude and mid so far and I am getting annoyed.
omg, I finally managed to finish this show, this show is soooo worth watching for the three female leads and their character and relationship developments!! Though I agree the main couple probably could have done without getting back together I was still very happy for them lol I just love a feel-good happy ending no matter what and the second couple was sooooo cute I really want a whole drama with just these two. Even the third couple had their angsty charm. And I also loved the workplace and industry in which this drama was set in, it is so fascinating!
on episode 14 and I really want the main couple to work it out and I know from reading spoilers that they do but I also saw comments saying that they should have separated and I kind of agree even though it breaks me to do so, like realistically they just won't work and it sucks like is it more romantic if they let each other go to fulfill their own dreams and have experienced love or it is more romantic when you know one person will have to sacrifice a dream for a love that they believe is worth it.

this is not a gl (had undertones tho), there is a new gl that everyone is hyping up called 23.5 maybe you should check that out. And if you think korean males look too feminine maybe you should not watch kdramas though if you like gl idk why you wont prefer femininity lol.
