Yes go watch it! He has a rlly good amount of screentime! I'm so obsessed with that drama and will never get over it since airing period 😭 But trust me, you'll for sure love the whole cast, the friend group 🩵 It is so precious! And most importantly our Zhao Yuanzhou (like everyone ends up falling in love with him just like me lol)! 🫶🏻 Everyone talks about how the OSTs are the best they've ever heard and its true 🔥 They are so beautiful! The storytelling isnt complex like this one but the bond between the characters is what makes me love FoF soooo much! I am doing a rewatch after I finish VoS cuz I miss it so much!!!! I agree with you so much of what you said about ML. He is too rigid which id why I don't ship him with the FL at all! I just hate how he still treated her as a slave even many episodes later. I don't understand why ppl ship the two tbh bc even tho he likes her, instead he often does fights with her and still, I don't even think she praised her once for her martial arts or anything when she is sooo good already from the start! Yeah don't expect romance in this until possibly the very end when she realizes her true feelings. There really isn't one here.

Yeah I felt like WuWu cp were getting a really good amount of screentime in the first half. It didn't feel like they were getting sidelined at all bc I felt like they were switching between each couple really evenly but I think I started noticing it after the illusion arc more which was quite sad bc yeah it focused a lot more on JiLu esp in the last 10 eps or so. I love both cps tho and I LOVED JiLu (both cps had me bawling a river), I ain't complaining. But I guess it wasn't divided up all that well making it become more noticable. Still love the drama a lot despite these flaws tho! 🫶🏻 I'm gonna say tho, I don't wanna think about this part too much and just enjoy what the drama has given us cuz it truly exceeded my expectations more than ever despite being there for the reuters and it being my most anticipated drama. Let's see what to watch next (just gonna rewatch FoF right now lol)

Tbh, I wouldn't say there is even romance in this drama. It's more plot and the FL isn't with any of the two guys yet (I heard she doesn't even get with ML until the very end so part 2 was supposed to have them showing as a couple but they never did it so...).

That bothered me a lot tbh last year and I wasn't in the ML and found it boring so I did drop it but I'm seeing this with a new light now and find the drama interesting so I'm glad I gave it another try. I just think about how this drama is 9 years old so I think of how old the drama is while watching. Doesn't bother me much now esp since we know technology and production improves over the years. Don't have to force yourself to watch it tho or maybe try it another time if you feel like it!

Both couples get good amount of screentime but we know who the main couple is and that first cp IS first billing while the two are after them. I was calculating how there were just 17 songs before Sa Dingding's song came out. Now there is 18. But there is at least 2 songs that have not come out which comes to 20, not 19. They made a mistake somewhere to say theres only 19 (unless they count TJR and JJY's song as one since it's the same). The songs are the ones that play in at least one of Tiandi and Wu Zhiqi's scenes and Liuyu's OST. Btw Liuyu plays Tiandi's character lol but I'm surprised the last songs are related to him. Man, I was wondering why we haven't heard his song yet and they finally played it in Yuan brother scenes! I can't wait for both songs to come out cuz they're both so beautiful! 🥹🩵
