Evil wins over good? No, they should've done their ending like how ADWAD did! Those who watched it would know how amazing of an ending this one was! FL could go back in time to change things and prevent deaths. Everyone had a happy ending despite some of them having died from previous transmigrations. The last battle was just soooo fun and epic with them winning over that villain. If fushanhai did it, I would be rating it a 10 but no, they decided to give us the worst possible ending we could ever have. We gotta remind ourselves Qiushui was Mingming in the real world. I didn't watch the ending yet but I can't believe he dies? Why is that? His body in the novel should not go onto his real body in the real world! So sad we didn't get a last GOOD rewarding battle in the end like ADWAD (where everyone survives and gets their happy ending!). ADWAD had the most epic, most satisfying, and most well-executed ending in every way possible in my personal opinion. I think nothing could top that one. Fushanhai could've done smth similar to give us that happy ending that everyone deserves where the villain gets his downfall (and fails to cause many deaths) but nope, the screenwriters/directors decided not to give us that! Even if the villain dies, it won't be satisfactory to me anymore after hearing that most people die. Villain should've died as to prevent all those bad things from happening!

I really love this drama but I have to be honest and say that it did start going downhill when the main villain showed (that was like just a bit past 30 thankfully so not most of the show) :( most of the drama was really good until he showed up. ngl, I fastforward his scenes a lot. thankfully he isn't shown THAT much so most scenes aren't of him but yeah it felt forced to just make him the main villain. I really wish they just had kept Li Chenzhou as the main GREY villain and focused on him more. I would have preferred that A LOT more. Like this main villain they're trying to give us is just not it. Why give us a villain we can't even understand or feel remorse for whatsoever? Ah, I really wished they had just shown us Li Chenzhou more! He was a much more interesting character. And Liu Suifeng beside him was such an interesting character, too. He was so well-written. I really loved their relationship despite how little they were shown. I could feel them a lot. I honestly would have LOVED a story on not just Qiushui's side but also the Power Gang's side more, too! Like half-half would have been amazing. And also the relationship between the two Chengyis deepening too (I know in the novel they call each other soulmates the moment they meet). After the main villain was shown, they unfortunately just started to show little and less focus on those main characters (like Li Chenzhou, Suifeng, Mingzhu, Tang Fang, etc.) and most of the next episodes started becoming boring to me bc of that...

Another very disappointing thing about this drama is that they are suddenly making the most powerful weak! It started with Li Chenzhou... I still do not understand WHY he chose to drink the wine when he knew he was poisoned like it makes no sense. Idk why he would believe the Emperor would choose to do things for the greater good if LCZ followed him... I wished LCZ didn't trust an Emperor like that so easily bc that's for the sake of his own life! He could've been the one trying to really achieve things for the greater good bc this emperor will not do it. the less good ppl working hard for the greater good, the worse... esp since LCZ is already a powerful leader of Power Gang. He could've made use of that title... Now we also have Crazy Yan who is starting to become so weak? Ep.37 shows it which is where I left off... I am scared to see what happens to him next! Hope Qiushui saves him!

I do have to agree with ppl who say that they should have stuck with the original novel where there is no transmigration. I think it would have made more sense that way. It was also VERY confusing if Kaiyan was really Linan LMAO like they don't feel like the same ppl at all bc Kaiyan feels like he's rlly Kaiyan and not Linan who KNOWS Mingming instead of Qiushui.... I mean, I mostly enjoyed this drama but I guess maybe most of the episodes past 30 were disappointing. I think the only ones I truly enjoyed all the way through were prob Ep.34 and Ep.36 (past ep.30)... BUT I have yet to watch Ep.38-40 even tho I kinda know some of the ending oof

Since I enjoyed most of this drama, I will still rate it high despite most episodes past 30. If they had done those last 10 episodes well and focused more on the main cast instead of the villain, I'm sure I would be giving this a 10... bc overall the drama was REALLY good but there are just plotholes that I can't ignore that they decided not to explore enough on in these last eps unfortunately

I'm not sure if you watched past 30 but the episodes are mostly a disappointment bc of the main villain. After this, they just started to show little and less focus on the main characters (like Li Chenzhou, Suifeng, Mingzhu, Tang Fang, etc.) and it started becoming boring to me bc of that villain UGH! And also man, they are also suddenly making some of the most powerful people weak, it is truly disappointing. If they weren't weak, Kaiyan could've been killed by them already! Due to Kaiyan being alive, so many people die (I haven't watched the ending yet tho). It's better the earlier he dies so most people are out of danger! Like I really wished Yiren tried harder and stabbed him many more times b4 his death so that he truly avenged his parents/family :(

Thankfully this was only starting to show like in Ep.30 (I believe) so most of the drama was really good and enjoyable for me. I have to say Ep.34 and Ep.36 were very good watches tho ngl... I still have yet to watch Ep.38-40

Despite all these complaints I have, I will still rate it high just cuz most of the drama was really good. just some plotholes are hard to ignore but I still really loved it that I can't rate it so low so I do understand some of these bad reviews cuz I agree to them but I am just someone who can't rate a drama so low just bc of the last episodes lol

I am super slow in my rewatch cuz I have been watching airing dramas (just one at a time) alongside it but omg, I just watched Ep.27 and that was sooo sad when Sifeng saw all the 9 tribulations between him and Xuanji and the fact that Xuanji's heart just hurt a lot after learning him suffer bc of her and then in Ep.28, the confession scene came and omg that was just too adorable!!!! I can't get enough of these two. To those who say they have no chemistry, are we even watching the same show? They have one of the most believable and best chemistry I've ever seen EVER! They truly feel like they are sooo in love like... I really thought they were but it's just acting. They are both sooo good in their roles.

I still don't also understand how ppl find FL annoying. She is naive like this bc she was born without her six senses, shouldn't that make sense? For me, I find her so adorable honestly. There are many other dramas out there where FL actress tries to act cute but they are not (like they are trying too hard and it's just annoying to the audience). Here, Crystal Yuan does it sooo perfectly, I really believe she is the character she portrays! I will never stop praising her for that. Also what makes me love Xuanji even more is that even tho she wasn't born with her six senses, she is still able to stand up for the people she loves! She was the only one truly standing up for Sifeng since the beginning when everyone was against him and didn't believe him! (well, I know later on Haochen is going to be manipulating her even more and I am not ready for that UGHHHHHH). Also, of course, I can't praise Chengyi enough. He is so good too like it doesn't even feel like acting from his side either. I never have complaints for him bc he always portrays his characters so perfectly!

Can't wait to watch more of this. I watched this in March 2023 so it's been over 2.5 years and to watch it again... I got so excited cuz I remember loving them sooo much, literally def one of my most favorite and beloved couples ever! And I'm enjoying it as much (except for the fact that I hate Haochen even more now lmaoooo) and it was also one of my first xianxias too! So happy to see them again, my beloved couple, I will never forget them 🥹

Yeah I was also confused tbh bc his drama is called Lost Tomb instead but I guess they meant that one 🤷🏻‍♀️

I already spoiled myself of Shirong and Li Chenzhou's deaths yet I have not watched them yet but some people may have not so I think it's best to put this under a spoiler tag just in case!

He is not there but two other actors are there: Xu Zhenxuan (Liu Suifeng) and Cheng Xiang (Zuoqiu) - they are friends and both in the main poster of the drama! I will def watch it for them! And yeah I wanna also watch Chengyi's drama with Neo Hou too (bc they are legit my top fav actors ever)!

ikr like this is like one of the best when it comes to storyline and plot. ofc there are some things here and there that I'm disappointed in but it doesn't mean my rating would drop down sooo much like... there are many other dramas worse than this and I have to say this is one of the most enjoyable ones I've watched considering I watched sooo many (170+)... I most likely will rate this a 9.5... I hope the ending doesn't change my rating but... we'll see I guess... Most of my 10 rated dramas have sad/open/bittersweet endings tho but I still rate it so high lol sometimes an ending doesn't change my rating cuz of how much I enjoyed it

Oh gosh the 5th BGM OST makes me emotional bc I'm remembering Tang Rou's death scene 😭

I saw that they had released all the BGM OSTs on Spotify ahhhh, THERE IS LEGIT 50 WOW!!!! I'm currently listening to them right now and gosh, I am feeling a lot of nostalgia. It definitely has one of the most incredible and most beautiful BGM OSTs I've ever heard!!!! As I was watching the drama, I noticed how amazing even the BGM OSTs were and I'm so glad they released them officially!!! Let's be happy listening to them to feel the sentiments left after finishing the drama 🥹 (I have yet to finish it cuz I have iQIYI and they don't release all the episodes unfortunately...) I'm also planning to listen to them while studying right at this moment haha

I didn't watch all the episodes yet BUT KSJDHFKJSHDFKJ WHY DID THEY HAVE TO REMOVE ALL THESE LI CHENZHOU X QIUSHUI INTERACTIONS UGHHHHHHHH 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Chengyi really worked so hard to film all these scenes!!!! I won't be surprised if he's disappointed these scenes were cut. They should have not let out any of their scenes bc it was him doing them alone. SO SAD AND MAD RN!!!! 😩😩😩

We got Li Chenzhou and Qiushui conversation again. The fact that the first and only person that Li Chenzhou thought to hand over the Power Gang token to was Qiushui :( He really loves and admires him so much!!! And when he told him about the poison in his body but couldn't even tell Suifeng at all... :( It really touched me but ofc our Qiushui is gonna reject his offer 😭 I understand him but I was like, "Qiushui, why? Can you at least fulfill his last wishes???" kinda made me sad.... :( hope to see more of them before the drama ends tho :(

We also got Xueyu and Crazy Yan finding out their siblings after so long 😭 That really made me BAWL in tears! 😭😭😭 Plz, I really hope we get more screentime of them in the last few episodes that are left!

I really love how Suifeng and Mingzhu saved Tang Fang without getting hurt when she was in danger and being controlled, it made me the happiest. Those Tang siblings that captured her NEED TO DIE!!!!! Bc of this, we finally got the Tang Fang and Suifeng reconciliation that I have been waiting for!!! That made me soooo happy! 🥹 The way she called him 'Feng Gege' for the first time in so many years 😭😭😭 I love these childhood friends and siblings so much! :( I hope we get more of them in these last episodes (AND STOP SHOWING KAIYAN, A USELESS, IRRITATING, AND BORING CHARACTER!!!!)...

Also the fact that Liu Suifeng could tell that there was something wrong in his chief's health and wanted to figure out if what he thought was true :( Even going out of his way to get medicine for Li Chenzhou. Like it makes me really sad that LCZ refuses the medicine, why does he want to die already, like I don't want him to die! 😭😭😭 It was really amazing how Suifeng went to find Tang Fang to get the Tang medicine to save LCZ but ended up saving her in the end when she was really in danger! Anyways, LCZ, you better NOT REFUSE THE MEDICINE HE TRIED HARD TO GET!!!! DO YOU REALLY WANT IT TO BE IN VAIN???? Many of us want you to stay alive!!!!

Now, we'll see what happens in the next episodes (plz don't spoil me ANYTHING, I got enough of that already). Still a bummer iQIYI had to make even premium members wait 1 ep a day and doesn't make WeTV do that ughhhh, so unfair for us. It's the first time I ever experience iQIYI do this and it's the worst

I just finished Ep.36 and everything about it was so amazing!!! Idk why but some of the past few eps before that were just getting boring to me. Ep.34 was really great with the fighting tho. The reveal of Kaiyan being the villain really bore me, like it just was not interesting at all. Ep.36 we saw none of him and that is what I needed. We finally got all the interesting characters back in Ep.36. I've just been saying that right before that how I really miss seeing Suifeng, Mingzhu, Tang Fang, Xueyu, Li Chenzhou, etc... like how long has it been since we saw them right? But finally we got all those people in that episode???? It was so amazing. Spoilers below:
