Ep 4 contest revealed that RSB is looking for a “Tea Bone,” hence the literal title of this drama is “Jade Tea Bone”. That’s why she is prolonging the competitions. One commenter (@Totoro888) helped me to understand that a “tea bone” might be someone with a natural-born ability to distinguish teas (as RSB herself can literally distinguish a 100 different teas). I think she truly does want a capable life partner who can help her keep the family’s tea legacy going.
