🙄Annoying when the misunderstanding drags on too long. This week’s dramas were complete wastes of our time, except for the adorable fat-cheeked babies 👶🏻 👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻. Annoying when FL can’t understand the ramifications of the ML seeing her as a married woman. 😳 OMG
This is my first time seeing commenters talk about things like this aha, but I can agree in some scenes it look…
Yes, his eyebrows are quite fair, so it looks like he has none. Reminds me of that actor in “Scandal,” Tony Goldwyn—I hated his eyebrows. They should have dyed them or something.
Jang Ki-Yong's styling in this drama bugs me. They (seemingly) filled in his hairline, but didn't bother touching…
He looks good to me. Perhaps, the most handsome yet that I’ve seen him in a drama. But, he is getting a bit older so his hairline might indeed be receding. So, if it looks filled-in, it might be.
I wish we could’ve heard from ML more about his feelings for her as he was falling in love with her. For the longest, I couldn’t tell if he even liked her or if he was just tolerating her because of his family’s expectations. Eventually, his feelings were very clear though. But, his expressionless face was inscrutable at first. That moment when we finally saw the ML smile for the first time felt AMAZING 😍.
Nice drama. Intense. Arresting. Exasperating. Heart-fluttering. Heart-breaking. Heartwarming. Not your “same o’ same o’” cheesy, short-form (vertical) drama. Instead, this was something elevated. Really takes this genre to a new level.
Regardless how elevated and elegant the story, I’m all about the skinship—one of the main reasons I like the vertical-drama genre. So, how was this one? This drama’s first half was sexier than the second half. Second half was more sweet. Felt like second half had different director. Overall, very good though. I just wish the kisses were better. The passion and intensity were there. We just weren’t given any actual proper kissing.
Hu Yi Tian’s character is in this drama is supposed to be a sunny, charismatic, social butterfly—I find this casting funny 😆😂. Let’s hope Hu Yi Tian can pull it off. Fighting! 😅

Btw, FL actress resembles Katy Perry. Is this actress Chinese? She looks so Anglo.
