Well, I must say I love the ending, Sota got a taste of his own medicine haha because Mariko being in that port town was definitely not a coincidence LOL and she was also carrying Sota's music player so she probably investigated he was there and she "created" that coincidence, just like he did with her so many times xD and her line in the end is absolutely amazing.. your fated person is someone that maybe you met in an unimportant manner and you nurture your relationship with them over the years and then that's how you know it's your destined person; I think that is such a great message to convey; so that "MADA!" at the end killed me right away hahaha Mariko is really the best tsundere heroine ever, I love her hahaha and with that said, I consider this dorama the best one of the season, and the best one this year so far, absolutely brilliant writing and acting. Special mention to Detective Sakura (Tamayama Tetsuji) he is amazing in this role (and in any role he does to be fair), but he really nailed this character so well, even though he was a real stalker, I couldn't help but feel a bit sorry for him, I mean, he misunderstood a situation and couldn't control his anger when he was accused of a crime he didn't do.. it's such a tragic story.. I loved when he grabbed the kidnapper and told him everything was his fault, it gave me shivers for real haha such great acting, I understood immediately the connection there. Another special mention is to Tomoya's character, his arc story is brilliant, I love how the dots connected with everything, nothing was a coincidence in this dorama, not even the stories of the side characters! haha

Tomoya I love you, he is such a good friend T_T he is a supporting character, but his arc is really amazing and beautiful.

The ending of this dorama reminded me of the lyrics of a song called "Sometimes Love Just Ain’t Enough". I like what the FL realizes in the last episode, it's still bittersweet and I would have prefer the story going in a different direction, but I understand why they went this way because of the message they wanted to get across. It's really a brilliant screenplay, masterpiece maybe because of how deep it is, even if the ending didn't make me feel happy specifically.

episode 9 was interesting and fun, but it bothers me a bit that they make the fact she was married 4th times like a big deal, I mean compared to the fact that Mitsuru disappeared for a year it's nothing, she did her best during that marriage only to be abandoned. I was bothered during the portion where they were trying to restart their relationship, it felt so forced and exhausting, just like she described, I was relieved when she said they should break up. I think both of them should part and find happiness elsewhere, it just didn't work and it's also important to learn when to move on from a relationship.

For me it’s the best dorama this season without any doubt

this dorama was amazing, the plot twists, the acting, the very unique and original script, the only thing that left me with a bit of uneasiness is the ending. We could say it's a "happy ending", however it leaves a morally challenging concept, is it really okay to just eliminate memories in order to be happy? is this okay? the other thing here is consent, Yuri never agreed to have her memories wiped, she even told Yusuke she wasn't okay with just deleting bad memories out of convenience, and even if she expressed her opposition, Yusuke, Daisuke and even her uncle all decided for her, she never had a say or a choice, they just decided what was best for her, without taking her opinion into consideration at all, for me as a woman, it bothers me greatly. We can compare with the police woman's daughter, she was explained what the process was about, she didn't want at first but then she agreed to it, there was consent, and she was okay with having her memories tampered, but in the case of Yuri.. there wasn't any consent of any sort.. they just played with her life, even if she was being miserable thinking about her mom, let the woman have a say in her life for god's sake hahaha but... it's still a happy ending right? so this morally gray ending is very interesting and it's great it can bring this type of thoughts and conversation. Definitely a gem :)

this is such a relaxing and entertaining dorama lol I love that in ep 4 we learned that the protagonist's oshi is the counselor Sugihara haha that's so cute xD I love that counselor Sugihara is wearing different fashionable suits in every episode :-O the purple one was astonishing! haha and also, just looking at Gordon's and Rihito's faces makes my heart calm haha next episode 5 will focus on Rihito's more, so I'm excited about that

I couldn’t agree more, this season with those 2 doramas is pure perfection

episode 6 was SOOO funny, the best so far for me, the situation with the "tetsu ojisan" the steel middle aged men was so funny omg, I almost died laughing in that scene with the first meeting they had with them XD and the final meeting with them was also so precious, very cute scene.

I think so, because of the way he was talking to Yukimura at the funeral, when he said that a beautiful life was ruined because of an unwanted impulse.. it sounded as if he was talking about his own experience, very scary!! we will see how it goes in the next episodes :)))

my heart ached with that last scene between Mariko and Yukimura. Who would have thought Mariko had this inner tsundere self hiding inside her?? totally unexpected! I love her xD she isn't the usual type of female protagonist for sure, and the scene where she puts the detective in his place, she knows Yukimura very well haha I absolutely love this dorama, and I can't wait for the next episode, my heart will ache again for sure xD

yeah, but what Sakiko said at the end is very important, that even she has felt like wanting to leave sometimes as well, because honestly, I think it's fair to say that anyone could feel like that at some point in their relationships, even if it's happy ones, it can get exhausting or tedious and you want some alone time, that famous "me time", that's perfectly normal and acceptable, buuut not because of that feeling, you just disappear for a year, so my anger toward Mitsuru remains, he is playing victim with this statement that he has this "disorder/syndrome/disease" so, if it HE considers it a disease, why he never searched for professional help? if he knew that it was going to end up hurting his supposed loved one? so, he explains things as if he is completely justified and can't do anything about it, like oh well, i'm like this and there's nothing to do about it, his only solution was finding a new person who he longed for talking on Fridays which wasn't his wife, great solution -_- he is just a selfish person in my opinion.

This movie was interesting, I don't have much to say about it, I felt it was lacking some conclusion, or is that the conclusion? that lives go on and there's NO conclusion...lol. I have many questions.. but oh well, as long as she's happy, I guess it's okay xD

Haha oh yeah, I totally think the kid is Tsumura's, because of that scene about the blood transfusion, so only Tsumura had the same blood.. that is definitely suspicious! that scene was there for a reason, giving us the hints lol
I also have no idea how this is going to end, I don't see how it can be a good ending after so many lives have been destroyed because of that technology.. maybe Ninomiya will burn the lab in the end or something like that, to destroy the technology and make sure it doesn't fall into hands of bad people..

For me Daisuke is the protagonist of this dorama xD so I was very happy with that twist hahaha, I was like "oh, so in the end she was a woman of culture and good tastes, she was just brainwashed" lmao xDD (joking of course) but it was interesting for sure! and I was definitely not expecting this twist

yes exactly this.. why is Daisuke so calm about his woman being with Ninomiya? xD what is this friendship with swapping girlfriends or something? lol xD I don't get it, Daisuke should be more shaken that the woman he loved (at some point) is with some other guy.. why? I need answers, I hope ep 8 tell us more.

his final mission as stalker/guardian angel/protector/bodyguard (whatever we prefer to call him at this point lol) is to save her from the kidnapper because he will kidnap her again for sure, and I'm sure Sota will be the only one who notices it right away and will go to save her immediately risking his life, I'm sure the knife scene at the beginning is a reference to that perhaps.
This poor woman has lived her life full of enemies xD the kidnapper, the crazy stepmother and the rival in the office, but now the crazy cop did her the favor of getting rid of 2 of those xDDD the last one is Sota's mission since he already saved her once from him when they were kids, and then he can be free of being a stalker, she won't need his protection anymore lol xD haha

So about Itsuki, what I’ve perceived so far is that he is a guy who has no spontaneity, he wants to plan things ahead and tries to be rational all the time, the other thing is he assumes things about people, and forces them to be in agreement with him. These are flaws for sure, but flaws that can be overcome, in fact Sakiko already confronted itsuki about the second one, when he was sure about something and telling her “ne? Ne?” And she was like “stop saying ne as if I’m in agreement with you cause im not”. The fact that they can confront each other like this and not be the way she is with Mitsuru like “you dont need to tell me anything you don’t want” or how Itsuki was with Azusa “she can tell me just what she wants”, these confrontations are the sign of a healthy relationship. About the spontaneity portion, let’s see how they tackle that, I believe this to be the main reason Asuza was attracted to Mitsuru.. and I can relate with Itsuki because I tend to be like this with the “plans” all the time, and i’ve also been “accused” in the past of planning too much and that I should live life in a more spontaneous way so.. seeing his character behavior really hit home hahaha. And well, all his flaws are maybe more manageable than a guy who just disappears for a year without saying anything, at least Itsuki would never disappear like that because he is a responsible guy.

Thank you, couldn’t have said it better myself, he should remain alone until he is able to really commit to a relationship, otherwise he would just cause trouble to those around him. He ghosts people and he expects them to be crying for him forever until he decides to come back, he doesn’t understand that for most sane adult people, if you disappear like that, the affected people will eventually move on with their lives.
