I wonder how Bogeol is going to explain himself after ep4's ending and deflect the fact he's Kiho. Like how did he know where she was in the first place?
I think it probably goes one of two ways, either the dad is obsessed with the mom/son and is pursuing as a villain,…
Right now, I'm not seeing any moment within his scenes where it looks like Kiho's dad has changed for the better. With Kiho, he was pure evil and didn't have a second of hesitation or regret. He clearly just seems to be set on finding Kiho and hurting him again, even Kiho's friend could feel the same despite the dad's 'kind' words/behavior.
Curious to see how Kiho's dad will react when he sees Kiho. Meaning before he knows who he is. They said Kiho's face is completely unrecognizable but surely direct family would see the resemblance faster? Idk, I'm curious to see if the father doesn't recognize him at all from visuals or gets a suspicious feeling when looking at him
I don't get why people are saying kiho forgot everything. The 2 friends whom kiho's old friend contacted (the…
I might be wrong, but didn't they talk about trying to reach out to Mokha about Kiho? From what they said to each other, I don't recall them having direct contact with Kiho, just that they know he's in Seoul.
Kinda soon to say this since the drama only just began, but I hope they show us how 15 years of living ALONE on an island has impacted the way Mokha now lives her life. And not the typical 'doesnt understand technology' or whatever that happens a lot with timetravel characters. Like this is half of her life, 15 freaking years, where she went without human/social interaction, most people would quite literally go crazy. There has to be so many more mental/psychological impacts this has had on her, I really hope they explore that. Also I felt like the screentime we got of her life on the island was very short, hopefully they add in flashbacks or something. It's literally fifteen years of solo surviving on an isolated island I just feel like that should be incorporated into the story more, instead of just kinda leaving it there as a little quirk (they havent done this yet but from the trailers/previews/ep2 i have a feeling they will)
just a rec - watch the cdrama 'I Don't Want to Be Friends With You' if you like Twinkling Watermelon it's another drama where the main lead goes back in time to when their parents are teenagers and finds love on the way
looks like im in the minority here but im honestly not bothered by the pacing at all. i was getting a little frustrated with how CLOSE we got to the time travelling being revealed but that's a very typical kdrama style so it's whatever
exactly that's why i cant bring myself to hate him. i dont agree with his choices but i do understand
honestly same. i had hoped he'd turned a new leaf after everything he did to save gilchae in part2 but it looks like he's slipping back and yet i still have a soft spot for him knowing what he's been through and why he loves janghyun so much
The squid game line? He really let that one go without pushing? He knows he’s been sent a "helper" and he doesn’t…
well it was very unexpected and i think he would have pieced it together if he had more time but he suddenly got the call about Yichan so he immediately focused on that
I just LOVE the band and their friendship, especially Kang Hyunyul who stood out a lot in ep11. He's my fav type of character, the type who pretends to be all nonchalant and uncaring but is actually the most loyal out of them all. The way he beat up those bullies for Yichan :( The team's bond is so cute, reminds me of Racket Boys, also starring Choi Hyunwook lol
My only problem with the show is how I feel like they are focusing way to much on HEG and OEY storyline especially…
I think part of the reason the shopkeeper sent Eungyeol AND Eunyu to the same place & time was for the same reason. The shopkeeper might be trying to show that Eungyeol can't change his father's fate and should focus on living his life more. Both Eunyu and Eungyeol were struggling in their present lives, and them falling in love is them being teenagers and doing something for themselves. So I think their love story is just as important as what Eungyeol believes his 'purpose' in being in 1995 is.
ryangeum's backstory omg?? i knew janghyun had saved him but i didn't know it was THAT bad. damn if i was in that situation i too would dedicate the rest of my life to janghyun
I think I'm lowkey gonna be a bit disappointed no matter who Kiho is (out of the brothers) because this guy has been waiting for Mokha for the past 15 years, I want that dramatic emotional reunion but likee if he's already been with her for a while and then it gets revealed it's kinda anticlimatic (like what happened in AOS part2, that was so underwhelmingðŸ˜).
It's literally fifteen years of solo surviving on an isolated island I just feel like that should be incorporated into the story more, instead of just kinda leaving it there as a little quirk (they havent done this yet but from the trailers/previews/ep2 i have a feeling they will)
