well i think it depends on how much experience they already have in acting and "kiss" scenes.. Probably most of them feel a bit shy but I am sure, some of them might enjoy it, when they find the partner attractive or the chemistry is on top.
In Mysteries love, you can clearly see in behind the scenes, they have great chemistry, they might also find eachother really attractive.
