Title Secret Door
Powerful and moving historical fiction drama! Amazing story portrayed by excellent actors with superb writers and directors! It's one of those dramas that just come together to make you feel as if you weren't just watching, you were participating in every episode. The actors were so talented that they had the ability to draw me into the action. This is one drama that you Must See. I don't know how its ratings did in Korea; but one thing I know, those that watched it online around the world, truly have nothing to say but that it was amazing, awesome, excellent, etc....

I'm not a fan of classical music, BUT... the music was so beautiful with the students! Knowing their basic life stories, made the classical music have softer edges, at least in my ears. I enjoyed the entire 16 episodes even though I thought it was to have been 20 episodes. I've never seen Joo Won in any drama or movie where his acting talents aren't top notch. This was no exception as he's an amazing actor. I thought ALL of the cast were superb, and I wasn't at all annoyed by Nae Il or her wackiness. Great drama. Fantastic writers and directors. Talented actors. Beautiful music. Who could ask for more?!? Thanks for the memories!

Everything was good about this movie! Even Ha Ji-Won's cameo appearance was a relevant part of the story line. I had never seen the other actors in movies and/or dramas. It was good to learn about the main lead actor Shin Hyun-Joon. He is not only an amazing actor; but as I read about his life and lifestyle of Christianity and supporting Charities, I liked him even more. His daughter, played by Jo Su-Min was such a great actress for such a young age. I hope to see her again in other dramas and/or movies. Thanks so much for the memories!

I watched "Miao Miao" today -- Taiwanese movie starring Fan Zhi Wei or Wang Fan or Viter Fan, or Robert Fan. I found the Chinese Wikipedia and translated it. His nationality if Taiwanese. He has 14 Movies listed, including 2012, 2013, and 2014. He has been in 15 Dramas up to 2014. Plus, he's won 2 awards for Best Actor and nominated for 2 others. IF someone can update this page with this info, I think it would be helpful to all of us who would like to see his performances. Here's the URL: http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/范植偉

I was so into this movie through all 1 hour 48 minutes! The writing, story line, the scenery, and the acting was superb from every one of the actors, especially the 3 lead actors! Chen Xiao, who portrays the 13th Prince is amazing. I want to see what else he's been in ;) The movie is listed as "The Palace" (2014), but according to MDL, it's 2013... Just follow the link I left below, and you won't get confused. You MUST see this movie! I ranked it a 10/10 ...

YouTube http://youtu.be/C2ujV9B2m1E Really good quality and the English subs are easy to read (they don't blend into the scenery)... It has commercials, but you can "skip" them in just a few seconds ;)

Why won't they finish it online? You might like this: I got a Favorite Tweet and a ReTweet from Tomo!!! Here's what I sent him: Great performance in "Hakuba no Oujisama Junai Tekireiki". but that hair style just isn't you :) You remember how handsome (almost pretty) he looked in Peace Maker?! He looked like such an ugly geek in this Japanese video I just happened to see that he was in the cast... I don't remember where I saw it... sorry!

Anyone has a similar Chinese drama to recommend?
Have you seen "Prince of Lan Ling"? It's more of an historical romantic drama, but it's really a good drama! The main characters are excellent actors with the same personality qualities as Shan Shan and Feng Teng.

Shan Shan Comes to Eat, Boss and Me, is one of the best Chinese films I've seen thus far! I didn't want it to be over! The lead actors, Zhao Zanilia and Zhang Han, were amazing! They showed so much chemistry between their characters that it felt their love was real. He such a shy and quiet man. She such an extrovert but self-conscious woman. All of the other actors were excellent with an abundance of talent. Thanks to everyone who had anything to do with the production. I enjoyed this show all the way through the 33 episodes, and I believe anyone would enjoy it also. Cast, thanks so much for the memories. I rate this a 10/10,..

Just saw him in the movie "Good Morning, Winter Sea", and I enjoyed his portrayal of a very lonely young man. I've tried to find out more about him, but very little is written anywhere except in Chinese... even then there is little to find about him. If anyone knows where I could find a biography, I would appreciate it. So glad MDL has the list of his dramas ;)

Belated Happy Birthday! Just completed the last episode of "Blade Man". The local viewers don't know what they missed! Part of my comment: "Lee Dong Wook never disappoints me. He just has a way of drawing his audience into his characters! Fantastic performance! I laughed and cried and loved it! The ending caught me by surprise, but I thought it was a happy and fitting end to this quirky drama ;)" Hope your birthday was one you'll remember for many years!! Thanks for the memories from all of your roles!!

If a movie is made from a Manga, a popular Manga, with young talented actors, then the movie is going to turn out great, too! This was one of those remember when we were in high school with our first love type movies. It was what I was glad I watched this afternoon. It made me smile a lot and shed a few tears, too... I recommend it for anyone in their teen plus years, and I'm well past my teens ;)

I've tried for years to find "Shinsengumi PeaceMaker" online with English subtitles... Finally found a few episodes, bad video quality; but no one ever had the last episodes online with English subtitles... What a shame! It's also really hard to find Tomo's dramas or movies... So sad, too... He's one of the first Japanese actors I truly enjoyed watching. In movies and TV, I think he's truly underrated...

Just watched it on dramafever.com with English Subs! Amazing movie! I admit I was lost for a while because I still don't know enough about Korean history, but I soon caught up and was up to date when it ended. Everything about this movie was excellent, including the one scene including Hyun Bin doing pushups ;) It's well worth watching! You will enjoy it with plenty of action fights!

This is one of those shows that takes a while to understand what's going on. Rather confusing but also interesting and intriguing... If you're looking for a different look at life, you would probably enjoy watching this show; and with only 8 episodes, there's not a lot of time invested. I actually liked it once I began to understand what was being said ;)
