If you like KDrama Melodramas, Korean Political History 1980s, Gangsters, Crooked Politicians, Lawyer jargon, Knocked down but won't give up, and Endless Love, not romance, you will love this drama as I did... Yes, those are my favorite topics for KDramas. I thought the actors were superb! Of course, I have enjoyed Jung Kyung-Ho's acting since he was Doctor's Son in "Cruel City". He's even better in this... Don't throw this out with the bathwater. As I said above, if you don't like the kinds of dramas listed above you probably won't like this either; but, check it out with an open mind! Try it!! You might just like it as I did!!

I saw this drama when it was first shown online at DramaFever, but I still remember so much about it even now. Maybe it's because I just saw Jung Kyung-Ho in "Endless Love" and found myself comparing his character to Doctor's Son... I can't add anything more than Joiy said in her review! I thought it was truly magnificent... a one of a kind drama that I would recommend to anyone who loves mystery, gangsters, police, and romance. Try it!! You will like it as much as Joiy and I did ... ;) I also rated it perfect 10s...

I was disappointed that Song Seung Heon decided to do a movie with full-nude-sex scenes that I barely noticed that there was NO chemistry between the two leads... It was rather boring as SSH seemed embarrassed ... He became my favorite from his dramas that I loved! Seems someone sold him a bill of goods about making more sex-oriented movies that would help his career... Really bad decision! Make clean movies with better story lines and better co-actors!!! Clean up your act!!!!

The complainers can complain all they want to... I thoroughly enjoyed this fantasy-like drama! I thought the acting was really good with the actors that I had seen in other dramas. They did what the writer and producer wanted to bring out, and they did it professionally! Of course, I love to watch Jung Il Woo acting in any drama he's made. I think he's becoming the perfect rolled into one acting package ;) I would highly recommend this for any age to watch and enjoy. I'll be sorry to see it go, and I'll look forward to the actor's next projects ;) P.S. I loved the ending, too!! Thanks for the memories!!!

I had never heard of it before until I saw a post of 15 of Korea's best movies of all time. The Classic was listed last. I was looking for just this kind of movie, and it didn't disappoint me. Amazingly portrayed. Everything about it was superb. I've cried for about an hour as the memories came rushing back through my life with some of the same things that happened to me. It's truly is the best romantic movie I've seen from Korea... and I've been watching no US TV, just online Korean dramas and movies for the past 2 years...

I just finished watching this movie, and I found it really good. Yes, it seemed to have holes in places; but the special effects and acrobatics used were amazing! The acting was very good, also. I could recommend it highly as I rated it much higher than the two reviews so far... ;)

Everything that biniBningPunkista said in the review above is what I would say! Amazing!! I'm trying to watch all of Kim Rae Won's dramas/movies; and every time I watch another one, I am so drawn in by his realness in his acting. The first movies he made were very similar in story line -- romantic melodrama; but he made each character he portrayed special in their own ways. I think he's a fantastic actor from the earliest to the latest ... I recommend this movie highly, but bring tissues because you will need them...

I just finished watching this movie, and I didn't want to wait to comment on it. My question is how can people who on the outside look totally normal but in secret they are barbaric animals molesting defenseless children!! In the days we are living in, though, I shouldn't be shocked at the depravity of man -- but I am always shocked and sickened! The acting was superb, especially the children actors! I think everyone should see a movie like this or this movie in particular. We need our eyes opened to the despicable acts that happen without us knowing about them. As one of the reviewers said, it's a see once movie... I agree with them! When it was finished, all I could say was Oh, my goodness such miscarriage of justice... I rated it 10 ...

I think he wanted to be with Ha Rim from the beginning, but he knew it was so disappointing to his adoptive Mother. Yes, got rid of the cords that were cutting off his flow of blood in the last 2 episodes, especially the last episode. Glad he told his Mother that he loved her and thanked her for raising him, but he had to do something right for himself!

I truly liked this drama, even the end was just the way it should have been! BUT, Why did it get such horrific ratings in Korea and Seoul?!?! I can never predict what the country might like!! Thankfully, those of us who watch it online and rate it here gave it a much better rating than those in Korea! Sung Joon is becoming one of my favorite actors. Love his expressions! I need to find some more dramas/movies of Eric's to watch. He's really good, too. Love his smile! I would recommend this drama to anyone male/female ;)

I watched this because I'm trying to watch all of Kim Rae Won's dramas and movies. He definitely has his range of characters... I didn't see any redeeming qualities in this character at all, but Rae-Won did a great job in his portrayal !! The violence was more than brutal, and I didn't see any lighthearted comic relief... Then, what do I know. This isn't the kind of film I normally watch ;( I'm giving it a decent score just because of KRW

I was looking for dramas or movies by Kam Woo-Sung who is presently starring in the KDrama "The Spring Day of My Life". The KDrama is so good, so I hoped a movie would be also. So glad I watched this movie!! It was a sentimental journey in the lives and loves of couples during the full solar eclipse in Korea. Warm, sad, loving, happy, fulfilling all wrapped into one movie! I highly recommend it if you're a Jung Il Woo fan also. This movie was made in 2007, and JIW gives a wonderfully compelling performance. Watch it. You'll enjoy it!!

A mix of misunderstandings, comedy situations, love and romantic chemistry! I loved this movie! There's nothing complicated about this movie at all. It's one you can sit, watch and feel comfortable with. There was chemistry between the two leads though no romance entanglements. Lee Kwang Soo is always entertaining in his bumbling and fumbling way of acting -- never boring ;) Still wondering why other viewers and I never quite agree... I would recommend this highly ;) Enjoy ... !!

Why do I always think the Reviews and Comments are too critical of the dramas?!? I guess I just love KDramas and KMovies... I really enjoyed watching this drama. Love Jang Geun Suk and Yoonah, and I thought this was one of Geun Suki's better performances. This is another one I would recommend if you like to remember how it was when you were young and in love... ;) Can't wait until he comes out with a new project soon ;)

Sorry to disagree with the Reviews above and some of the comments below... I didn't think it was boring at all. I loved Yoonah and Bum Soo together even with their age difference! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a romantic comedy. ALL of the cast was great in their performances...

They've just broken up ... very sad.
