I am waiting for it to finish to binge watch (oh man. the patience i have, i am so proud of it sometimes). But a girl's gotta live so i am watching the fmvs. But why is this guy again in a love triangle where he doesn't have 2 of the angles?! ๐ญ
I don't think so, why does Kan have to face consequences for leaking a video of someone who did a hit and run?…
My comment prolly came off as Home loving ๐ฌ
I am not saying this out of love for Home. I am worried about Peach and pang. Why did Kan decide to leak the video to the whole world instead of just sending it to Peach from an unknown number if she wanted it to be revealed to him. Like you said, it's Peach's and only Peach's right to decide to forgive or not. Kan acted like a moralist netizen who decided Home needed to suffer for what he did and put him on trial before the whole world, before people who love to act judge, jury, and executioner. She is a lawyer who should have rational thinking ability, or it doesn't make her any different from the what's his face lawyer of Somkid.
When the hit and run news leaked, people were vandalizing Home's house and asking the Vimarnsukmun's to kill themselves, which is whatever for me coz they are all a$$shits. But if they had an innocent family member, people wouldn't have discriminated in doing the same to them too. Because usually mass reaction is not based on rationality.
Netizens were also pulling up all the past crimes or lawbreaking actions of the family. And they are not seeing Peach like U and I are seeing him, dying, suffering, struggling to come out of the dark and slowly succeeding. So when the people see him as a victim and then working with the perp minus all the development in between they can make assumptions of 2+2 = 5 and Peach is a traitor to all the other Vimarnsukmun's victims. This we see happen in different forms irl all the time. People assume something then it becomes the internet truth.
So I don't love home yet. Heck I don't even forgive him for what he did even tho I am witnessing his evolution just like Kan is. Kan didn't forgive him. I didn't forgive him. But it's none of our business to do that, like you said. It's Peach's. But unlike Kan I can think rationally sometimes. I am a very unforgiving person even for way miniscule mistakes and I don't care what happens to Vimarnsukmun family or Home yet. Because, he was refusing to admit his crime to Peach just 2 minutes ago and the reason though could be he doesn't want to lose Peach-Pang as friends, but it was not without the ulterior motive of evading punishment. So, I am yet to have full sympathy for him. But I am worried about Peach-Pang and I absolutely don't support mob justice in all cases. I don't think they are gonna show that here, Peach getting pelted for this and thank heavens for that. But I see this in reality, and I saw Hellbound.
That was such a secretly psycho move leaking Home's hit and run video. Kan didn't even think about the consequence. It could also put Peach and pang in danger if they forgive home and start their ghostbusting business again. people might say they are sold for money and bully them. She should face consequence for this irresponsible action too.
This was a very interesting and engaging watch. I was on the edge of my sit on the mystery, cried a river over the fate of Min/Varee and loved the heck outta Fa, so happy that Pear got this role considering the brilliant actor she is. However, I have 2, what should I say, 'do i have to believe that?' and 1 'but who is she really' situations in this.
Firstly, other than suspending my disbelief because they are saying so, I don' get the logistics behind the Varee giving birth to herself situation. I know fantasy is suspension of disbelief. But sci fi is not exactly that. it is creating a different set of beliefs in the context of an irl unbelievable scenario and then justifying it logically within that context. So, if you say my grandma becomes my granddaughter if i or she time travelled and logically show me how, it's just another fact given the changing of some contextual details. I watched Dark so I understand time travel causing daughter becoming mother of her own mother. Because it was hella believable. But that was 2 different bodies. Here it was physics defying biology by having a body getting pregnant with her own body. I cannot for the life of me get it.
Secondly, why did Varee's ex said he was not the father? someone had to have fathered Min. so, did they make him say that just for the fear of an incest conclusion?
And, who was Varee actually? because she was definitely not Panida's daughter. So how did she come to exist?
Also, Panida is a psychopath.
Edit: I have been thinking for 2 days and finally sorta thought out something that might be a possibility. Maybe, like a few other commenters are saying, Varee is from an alternate timeline. So she may have been giving birth to her version of this timeline. I mean Varee was originally that little girl we saw as Panida's daughter. But after too many time loops everything changed or something. I dunno. My brain fried trying to understand this.
Was really excited for this especially because of Perth. Good to know it'll end when I turn 150. Since I binge watch, look fw to watching this as a ghost.
You know how they keep saying that Justitia is humanizing. I think it as an insult to her evolution seeing how inhuman humans can be. She is instead becoming a more empathetic and compassionate someone. Not a human. Since humans are worse than Satan.
Episode 11: So, Bael has the power to take away Justitia's power. But who is gonna take his power and cement his sexy Shin Sung Rok face into Gehenna's criminal wall for what he just tried to do by letting Paimon try to kill Justitia? Is it even ok? Why is he allowed to be an a$$ while punishing Justitia for being a bitch? What's this mother effing disparity in justice in hell? What is it? Pseudo-Earth?
