Bulling is very common but not taken seriously by older generation (law makers, teachers, administration)
unless a privileged few you're going to get bullied by those students and teachers. I lost the counts of students killed them or becomes broken people due to that, there lots of cases with people literally got beaten to death or got *raped.
Not sure if you're familiar with "Miryang middle school" case, around 45 to up to 120 male students r*aped their follow few students over 11 months but in the end none of them got any serious punishment due to "rich/powerful " parents, even one of the ra*pist friend becomes police officer.
This actress literally beat up a sick person, send class mate to hospital for month due to serious injury and people on MDL are victim blaming and defending her. I am getting sick reading comments like that.

"Celebrities" are the one shows up on the day time tv/drama/movies and advertisements. Most people don't consider Kpop idols as celebrity, they are dime a dozen, they come and go, they are bottom on the entertainment totem pole . Remember there is always outlier cases like super popular idols ect.
