well both of them are josei genre. All the rich, successful and perfect guys in surrounding few miles radius fall head over heels for plain Jane messy hair FL for no reason. hire them as maid/secretary/fake bride ect . Buy her cloths, pay for total make over, piggy back ride ect.
This sub genre is dedicated to 20-30 single ladies, fresh out of college, looking for work ect waiting for knight in shining armor.

They alluded Main villain had a back story and had a reason to things he did but they made him cartoonish bad guy in the end.

FL will go back to her modeling career like nothing happened, you should worry about the staff.
Advertisers and PPL will lose money, behind the screen staff will not get any bonus but Cast get paid in full before drama starts so more like money is already "wasted".
Low rating only affects the future projects, FL can go back to modeling but its going to be hard to find job for the rest of the staff due to bad portfolio.

In every profession you get criticism if you're bad at your job, even if you're a minimum wage employee you will get fired if you keep doing bad job.
