I'm sorry, but Runyu will always be Pitiful, Selfish, and the "Bad Guy" imho, no matter how complicated he was. I've only watched the drama, I haven't read the book. He just did too many manipulative things to Jin Mi, no matter what he could've chosen not to go in that direction. I do recognize him as a victim to the writing (or fate).

Well that synopsis sounds like a spoiler from the novel. Who knows though, maybe they end up together but with no powers.

I'm liking your taste, this drama and LaR give me a bad taste when I think about them. There's so many things…
Don't get me wrong, I watched all of LaR and will watch all of this drama. They are VERY GOOD DRAMAS, but they have some elements that I personally don't like.

I'd say this, for these dramas that span thousands of years and lovers longing for each other, they are made for the long run, I'd say watch for 10 episodes at least.

I'm liking your taste, this drama and LaR give me a bad taste when I think about them. There's so many things that it does well, and it's a good drama, however there are many things I personally don't like about this drama.

That being said, I believe those two dramas mentioned are still watchable for at least one time.

Yeah this is so stupid, I understand their viewpoint, however they could've done this differently. I'll blame the writers more than the amazing cast.
I'm still going to finish this drama, but it's not rewatchable.
