The ahjussi lover haven't showed up yet. Err, Si Won? Was that Seo In Guk? I can't recall their names.

Well, 1994's setting's in Seoul, I do miss Busan accent as well. But mostly of the characters come from different provinces so they have their accent of their own. Okay do start it, then tell me your thoughts.

Btw, the main setting is the Shin Chon boarding house in Seoul where the couple we've seen in 1997 lives. They have 1 daughter and 1 son. Kids are already in college not HS. So those who board in it, come from different provinces. I have only seen 3, there's more to come. I mostly pitied the guy who came from a province then was trying to be cool but actually not. He doesn't know what to do since it's his first time in Seoul. Kind of naive.

I'm not connecting to the fangirl thing yet.. you know basketball players,kpop idols.. I will wait patiently for its full blossom,first ep has that goat "meehhh" sound. lol They didn't delete that! But I must say I got more interested in R1997. Well, it's just 1st ep, we'll never know.

I can't compare them. They have different concept. I will wait wholeheartedly for the romance too. I'm so excited! There's an ahjussi lover!!

So you're not watching it? You know the problem is just that many people expected something big in it, which was really not. The plot is so so lame. I can't believe one of my fave writers Kim Eun Sokk is actually doing this. I did love AGD and Secret Garden. Aigoo. No, those who'll rate it ten will absolutely be fangirls and not those critical watchers.

Oh really. Sorry we are really known for having close family ties. We are family oriented. Dunnoh to whose ancestors we inherited that. And to make you more jealous, we have 2 mos vacation during the summer, 3 weeks or more for sembreak, 2 weeks for christmas vacation. Plus no class days comes natural disasters and you know, wars. LOL

Can you not graduate first then look for a job? Then after getting a job, when you've passed adjustment period, that's the time to go studying again. Not everyday you work right? Like me, I only work on the weekdays, so MAs here in our country are only every weekend, every Saturday specifically. That's usually our practice here. Find a job, study again later. Wait I may have to ask this although it's up to you whether you answer or not, are you not comfortable with groupies? I mean having peer-teaching is the best. Are you a timid person around many people? I sort of don't get you there.

Thank goodness earthquake didn't strike here in our place. We are far from where it happened. It's like Phils has 3 major islands, our place is on the first island, earthquake was on the 2nd island. I have to go by plane before I can reach that place. We are still praying and hoping everything will be okay. The churches there, I heard were almost destructed. That saddened me, you know that place is a very historical place.

Aww, 4 years! Same as mine! But if with masteral, it's gotta be 6 years, coz MA here in our country takes 2 years, 1st year is 100% studying/reporting, 2nd year is comprehension exams and thesis that includes defense and the output itself. I haven't started my MA yet since I've had a job opportunity the moment I graduated. Thanks to heavens. But you sure are right, more job op if u take masteral, but more on taking high-level positions when u apply.

Gawd, aside from the wackiness of the drama, I so love the romance. Everything seems just so perfect. I don't want a love triangle. I want the bestfriend thingy... Aww. But don't spoil me. (I know you won't :p) Btw, one thing I did love about it is that there's a certain connection between the leads as if it was natural same for the supporting characters. But I must say Salaryman was way funnier than this.

So back to your reply last time, you're still studying? How many more years?
