It had a big impact on her and I feel like there will be future scenes of how she got hurt and made her change her life for three months. The way Rin-i said the words "that's why she was missing for three months"

So, Eun Oh got brokenhearted and basically went "let's try to be experimental with guys so they can feel my pain too" maybe she had some psychological issues which will be shown later on. It greatly affected her. A traumatizing experience hence she's MIA for 3 mos. She wanted a different world away from reality in those three months. And just by the time she thought she was just playing around, it backlashed on her.
