Years later I still love this story and so many characters in it just like I did in past :') Ive rewatched many times in years so whenever I see its name in some lists or sites it makes me smile. I miss old Kdramas so much these recent years...

I remember dropping after a while seeing those darned boat scenes but now I need some costume drama and both leads are from my liked actors So Im back to watch again...

No I dont think she means age. She is talking about 'Ancient Love Poetry' s casting for these characters. They were in side role in that drama/story.

He should play ın costume series!!! with such gorgeous phoenix eyes and charming vibe like a fox spirit he desrves it<3 Im sure if he play in some costumes his name will known easier.

Its been years and sometimes I still remember this story...

Third Charm's writing was dog blood after dog blood or should I say makjang?! I still cant believe the frustration and disappointment on that drama.I was waiting for months before it started airing...
In my opinion that drama doesnt deserve to mentioned in same place with this drama's writing, editing, acting & character progress...

I liked Something in Rain better than this one. I remember being so very frustrated with this one right from start.Not because of general plot but characters's way of being the way they were...
Its still worthy watch if you like any of lead casting though. The way it was filmed, camera work and soundtracks, the whole calm melodramatic vibe of some scenes were nice to watch.

Its been 7years. I still didnt come by any first few episodes or a couple like this one from Kdramaland. I randomly end up thinking of this pairing out of place they just felt so real and alive such chemistry and dynamic as characters between them :')
I dont always end up thinking of characters like this! Whole serie was worthy to watch writing,casting,acting & musics BUT esp first half was something to remember. The way they started telling us their story and editing of first few eps!
In this drama PSH really felt like Yoo Hye Jung & Kim Rae Won felt like Hong Ji Hong to me. Normally when I watch drama its not so easy to see characters before their actors but this was a different case.

I wanted to see original one while waiting for this to end BUT then I read some spoıles about cheating so I gave up on it...

Maybe this is why the drama title is like this dont you think?
I didnt watch Jdorama version so Im not sure if its related to a detail from there though...

Yeah I also read people watchıng many dramas at same time from different phones and stuff but thats just too much for me. It sounds like a job or work to do in my opinion. Why would I want to catch up with so many storıes or celebrities like that? Maybe if l was younger or teenager I might have like having /following an idol...
I watch dramas to enjoy my time & forget real world problems. I like to take my time with storıes or details I even rewatch many tımes once I love a story/character. I dont really have time or energy to spent other way with many things at once ^^;

I put that on hold because I want to give all my attention / emotions to 2leads in this drama :D If I start both series at same time I lose focus and my feelıngs /interest scatter on both story & characters. One of the reasons why I always binge watch.

Im still angry with myself for starting an on going serie T^T I really dont like wait and wither while watching them!

I make sureto not follow any on going serie esp if they are modern series. Originally I was looking at videos while eating my meal but end up watching first 2 episode ! I cant say Im interested in plot at all BUT there are small interesting & funny moments in between all character in first few eps that made me watch 5 eps at once...
I trust Victoria's modern drama script choices so I kind of knew there is a big chance for me to like lead female character and yes I did (from eps Ive watched anyway)
Lead male character is totally like those Cnovel characters called: Paper Tiger whenever its about/related to lead girl.He is quite the tsundere I must say XD I LOVE IT LOL makes it so much fun to watch and enjoy couple scenes EVEN tho they arent officially together.
Chen Xing Xu's eyes are so expressive with this character, especially when he has a scene with lead girl. Im so proud to watch/see his acting progress!

Im rewatching ROY right now and he can look both like a lost puppy hungry for attention without being cringey while he can also act like a bewitching fox spirit with such intent gazes ;__; demn it! IF he was in Cdrama industry and he played in a costume serie, Im like pretty sure he can have many costume series after that... his build and acting fits the criteria... He would look even more gorgeous than he is with all wigs & cool costumes *^*

Might be a better experience for you though dont give up on it IF you liked it enough.At least check 5 eps when u have time.
I dont have any good impression of Zhang Yu Jian from his personal matters I also dont really like Chen Duling's acting so my decision was faster and easier I guess?
My reason keeping me there was mostly Xu Lu & her partner
Dylan Kuo's scenes.

How many times I can re-read this manga and then come rewatch this version :')
Literally my 20s ended like that and I still come back in my early 30s.
I love to imagine these two while reading manga's ending. Even in another manga of same author they show up for a very small part but makes me so happy as if they are real x'D
