The ending KILLED me BTW. I've never seen a drama come out and say "you wanna know how we're justifying the leads separated irreparably by time and space ended up happy together? Well fuck you, it doesn't matter, just enjoy it!"

I kind of respect it more than the usual non-acknowledgement most dramas do.

I was half an hour from the end on the last episode for 5 months and just finished it. It's an extremely mid drama despite having everything going for it. It was short, had great leads, had an interesting premise.... and then it was mid.

Watching the end of Ep 6 and I literally am in physical PAIN. IT HURTS. Ugh ugh ugh I'm watching it muted & sped up because I can't bear to watch it. I'm cringing from my very pores

Them not resolving the sister's storyline EVEN A LITTLE BIT, the main lead having NO PERSONALITY AT ALL BESIDES COMPETENCE, the antagonists doing LITERALLY NOTHING AT ALL, the fact that our leads have their lives in peril every other episode, I mean... wow. Thank goodness the leads are charming.

The first two episodes are not an accurate representation for the rest of the drama: it's a low-stakes, fluffy, tropey as hell office drama where nothing truly bad happens to anybody and nobody is evil and nothing the drama sets up is meaningfully resolved because the leads being cute and in love takes precedence over everything. This drama didn't care about it's plot, and neither should you. (It kind of just seems to want Koreans to have children.)

I remember loving this drama. Crazy how the same duo would star in such a bad drama afterwards. I also remember really liking the FL, despite literally everything else I've seen her in being unbearable because of her acting. I think I need to rewatch this one and find out what was so magical about it.

I think I've decided that the direction this drama went is disappointing to me. It's been fine, but the first 2 episodes were *so* good, and I haven't felt the vibes those eps gave me since.

Our girly do be getting injured and in danger on a weekly basis, huh. Almost drowned, stomach pains, hunted down+kidnapped and threatened to be sold for parts, going unconscious after falling down a hill? Goodness.

I legit didn't notice until the last few episodes when the other three secretaries+ head secretary lady were doing their hunger strike. The secretary who talked to the driver and warned him to be careful (she even called him "oppa"?) at some point had just vanished... (She's Han Ji Sun in the credits) If I ever watch this drama again I need to pin down when she disappears. Lol.

That's the dumbest synopsis I've ever seen. Sign me the hell up

Not to keep rambling about this drama but I *LOVE* the ending. No miraculous cure. The disabled characters being really respectfully portrayed and the issue of disability being dealt with kindly was a pleasant surprise.

Also I've seen literally zero people mention that one of the secretaries straight up vanishes part way through??? Like, the plot-relevant side secretary with the plastic surgery? What happened there? Lol.

I had zero expectations but this was ~AWESOMEE~. Tropey as heck in a good way, genuinely well-written, and unexpectedly rewarding to viewers that pay attention. The acting is great all around- KYK is very believable as a dopey man in love and it is cute as hell, but he also has depth and complexity to his performance that surprised me. He's extremely likable. Both female leads are also really great. The double meaning behind the title was a nice twist~~~ Highly recommend if you're looking for something light and sweet.

Finished rewatching Liar Game (Reborn who?) and I'm fully re-obsessed with these two idiots. They're in love your honour! They're so in love!

Not doing the adequate research to ensure your prop medal doesn't look like a nazi medal is almost as cringe as the character names in that drama

Legendary actor. He will be greatly missed.

The chemistry is off the charts. The way I'm gonna be thinking about this drama for the next month ;-;

~~ I should have just waited until the entire drama was out before watching the first two episodes, because hollllyyyy this one is shaping up to be a whole obsession ~~
