At this point there are only 3 options for mastermind - 1) The insurance agent person 2) The bribe taking cop 3) The missing taxi driver (but chances are he has been killed or kidnapped at the very beginning before this entire plan was rolled into action) 4) or the guy who was supposed to die in the fire but didn't (but we are not left with any character who can play this role)
But most def. do not think that prosecutor planned it.. he gains nothing out of this *************************************************** The biggest clue we have is the emergency code. JS told ML that code... BUT remember the text message ML received after being drugged... the text message said "do you remember the code"... when ML texted back asking who is it... the reply was "the one who created it"...
