I’m late to the viewing party but am loving this! An intelligent female lead, a romance arc between two people from conflicting families that feels believable rather than love at first sight, and a likable and large supporting cast. I did roll my eyes a little bit when the runaway cart and horse headed for a cliff but for the most part this also avoids tropes. So glad I started watching!

But is the FL the same girl that whipped him when they were kids?

First two episodes were amazing!

The trick will be where it leaves off and if it’ll still be cliffhanger like the original drama

Sounds like the drama is doing well in China? I was worried it wasn’t popular because zero hype for this in my country. I’ve had to dig for it on my iqyi app (meaning its not on the soaring or popular lists here) which is a shame because I find it quite good so far

Yeah it’s cringy. There was another series she was in where I had that problem too. But I really like the ML and hey there is room for FL to grow.
