yup Lu Feng's sister in the MVP of this ep - she accepted him back after he threw a tantrum. after he had given up his inheritance - she a better sibling then he deserves.

& after the way YC ghosted Lu Feng, i too was shocked he had the balls to try & meet him. like WTF was going on in his head idk 🤦‍♀️ now we gotta wait a week 😫

but why would she?!? cause in the movie other then the fact he was her husband that got kidnapped (sorry if this is a spoiler) she was also a bit obsessed & she was infuriated that Lu Feng tried to take him away from her. that wont be the case as she has moved on. 🤔it's too much to expect from a friend - no?

the main thing i am thankful for (well a couple of things) the fact Ke Lo isn't Xiao Chen's son & that he didn't have children with Zhuo Lan. cause that would've been hella twisted, even though if Lu Feng used Xiao Chen's son (or any family memeber for that matter) to get back at him, i wouldn't blame him - not after the way Xiao Chen ghosted him.
but now i am so curious about so many things, the main one being - Xiao Chen no matter the woman he wont be marrying or impregnating's her - so who is the woman that shows up with the gun?!?

i don't get either brother - what they both dreamed about being "sugar dadies"!?? like WTF, even though kinda get where Zhan Wang is coming from, given his health he rather focus on Xu Yuan who hasn't lived an easy life & it's something he can fix or do before he "kick's the bucket" so i get him trying to make Xu Yuan's life a bit better. as Xu Yuan also has his grandmother's approval & they did take care of her when he couldn't. so i get that, but the older brother is just plain weird. 🤦‍♀️

i didn't feel like this was filler, but given there only 5 eps left, i didn't care so much that we getting a branch off with the brother & the dude that's interested in him. like the whole football match was whatever, cause i want the plot to focus on the mains only.
but that doesn't mean what we got didn't serve a purpose
