Damn I wonder what kind of cave you are living. If you're going to preach and act like a bigger person, at least…
lol Cute to see TWO insecure twerps hanging out together.

My cave has wall-to-wall shag carpeting and a chandelier.

Your snotty little rant in response to what is only my opinion, reveals what an insecure twerp you are.

Block me. You'll feel better about yourself.

Very slow pace. Kang Ha Neul acting is so good. He being in prison remind me of his other movie called “New…
" No more war please"
If only wishing could make it so. I've come to realize that there will ALWAYS be war and violence because they are an ugly part of human nature, but we must always push back whenever possible. It's the best that can be hoped for.

Me too! Loved the dorky talking-plant thing? I kept thinking why is this weird plant thing seem cute to me and…
lol Exactly. The plants thing is precisely the sort of cutesy thing I normally find annoying. The key is likely that it is played off AS cutesy/dorky/silly. Self-awareness goes a long way in making something like that work. :)

Episode 1:
POTENTIAL!

The sexual frankness/reality is refreshing. It's nice to see another BL moving away from the prudishness inherent to so many shows that cater to a gay sex-phobic, Puritanical, largely female BL-watching mindset that sees physical intimacy as somehow the opposite of romance. Newsflash: They can, do, and should exist together. That they don't do so in the two ongoing relationships we've been shown here, is a HUGE red flag and logically, is why both leads are vulnerable.
Leads are well-cast.
Looking forward to more.

WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY is this thing torturing me with these little 3-minute episodes released every six months, or so it seems?!! Interviews with the actors on YT are TEN times longer than the episodes, and the show's total length will be barely a half-hour. Is this all marketing to raise funds for a full-on production? Anyone out there know?

The show is a hundred times better than 99% of BLs.

Love it.
I'm a sucker for this type of thing when done well, which I found this to mostly have been.
It was way too heavy-handed with the schmaltz a few times, but whatever. Made some nice points about life, love, and regret, yet didn't pretend to be anything it's not.

Park Jeong Min should be a much bigger star than he is. I have loved him in everything I've seen him in. He is always all-in. He flips my switches too. :P Those lips.

For what it is: 9/10

rap isn't just that? its just a genre. it can be anything. even in normal singing genres there is the bad part.
lol I don't like the vast majority of rap music, but your masturbatory, self-righteous, Puritanical, preachy BS comment is far more annoying than the worst gangsta rap on Earth. Tipper Gore and Delores Tucker...hahahaha...good god, you're a parody of yourself.

On See Your Love Jan 9, 2025
Finale:
In nearly five years of watching BL, this is one of the most beautiful I've seen.

MILD SPOILER: It is so well acted that it's easy to forget how well-written it is. Numerous scenes, like the final clothes closet scene, brought me to tears with unique touches such as SP not making a big deal out of Sean sleeping there again; allowing him whatever time and space he will need to adjust. Which of course, means that Sean's adjustment will happen all the more quickly because he feels no pressure. His relationship with SP is the opposite of what he always knew with his father and family.

SECOND COUPLE STRONGNESS. Good god. Those two are a show in themselves and maybe that's sort of what producers have in mind for what I hope is an inevitable sequel. There is a LOT of rich material here to run with in a second season. LESBIAN LOVELINESS? :) Perhaps so. :D

This is the FIRST BL in five years for which I have deliberately sought out fan service and interviews on YT. lol I'm old, I'm male, I'm fangirling, and I don't care who knows it. That is how I know how remarkable it is that Lin Chia Yo makes Johnathan come across as a few years older and more mature than Xin Jia in the series, yet in the promo vids they all seem the same age. That's great acting.

Don't get me started on second couple heat in this finale. Thank you to the writers and director for that. There is ZERO physical hesitancy or holding back and it makes a world of difference. HOWEVER...when are BL writers going to learn that butt sex IS NOT PAINFUL when done well and patiently, especially the first few times? Why would we all do it every chance we got if it hurt so much? "See Your Love 2" needs to hire me as a sex scene consultant, or as they call it in Hollywood, an "intimacy coordinator."

BRAVO to all! It was fun to see all the cast and crew photos at the end. Great reminder of how many people it takes to create something like this and what an achievement it is to pull off great acting with 30 people and all kinds of equipment just out of frame. A great show makes sure you never notice what's off camera, but this was a good reminder.

9.5/10

In truth, having just finished this I'm too emotional to write much that would make sense so I'll come back tomorrow.

Oh man...that's so sweet. It means a lot that you mentioned it, because Yoo is on my mind a lot these days.

First off, he's been through unending torture from the Korean "legal" system and press for nearly two years now. Second, he's in jail, sentenced to a year. Third, he's awaiting re-sentencing upon appeal and the f**king prosecution is AGAIN pushing for FOUR years in prison. The judge put that off a full TWO months after the last court session, to February 18th. Why? Just to tighten the screws a bit more while he waits? It's not as if these bastards don't know the case background and everything about it. They could have had the mercy to announce the sentence immediately Can you imagine the stress our dancing boy is under?

My hope is that these additional two months in jail awaiting sentencing is for show to appease the press and public so they'll be more likely to think he has suffered enough if the judge leaves the sentence at one year or even releases him with time served.

I perceive Yoo to be a deeply sensitive soul as are most creative people, so this is all doubly horrible for him. Frankly, I worry about him following Lee Sun Kyun's example and that of so many other celebs who have been abused to death by Korean cops and netizens. ugh. Can't wait for this madness to be over. I want Yoo to come to Hollywood and America, where we believe in second, third, and fourth chances. :)

I repeat: You and your label-policing. YOU don't classify it as a BL. Others do. So what?

I barely skimmed your rant. I know what happened in the movie and I'm not arguing with an unhinged label police person. Seek treatment.

IT'S A BL! Deal with it.

In my opinion, the only good Thai BLs are the older originals, some of which are on my list. Enjoy! Another Thai…
Oh yes, that series is definitely on the darker, more adult side of BL. Which is of course, why I love them. You'll find many of the shows on my list have a dark edge though there are definitely a few fun/brighter ones too.

On edit: Just remembered that about a year ago I moved Mood Indigo and The Novelist over to my Best Gay Feature Films list for exactly the reasons you mentioned: Though they were released as series, they both FEEL like films to me; and it seemed silly to have them in a BOYS Love list.

You're welcome. Have fun! I remember five years ago when BLs were brand new to me. I was like a kid in a candy store, bingeing one after the other. :)

Stupid, silly, fun romp. Loved it.

I was SO happy zongbie survived! I was actually upset when he used the cig lighter. :D
Kim Nam Gil always slays. It was fun to watch him play such a crazy role.
Jung Ga Ram is a hottie, even zombified.

Don't expect anything but a silly but well-done zombie spoof and have a ball!

labels. who cares?
hahahaha...ahh...the sad, pathetic "America BAD" whine of the chronically insecure, threatened, jealous little child. As for "brattitude," good god, are you ever projecting. Your comments here are the definition of bitchy brat.
