one of the best chinese dramas I've ever seen, I don't understand the last comments, yeah it has some disturbing scenes but after all this dramas presents a reality for women in that era and it's not so glamorous like new dramas, still it's amazing how the FL endures everything for her passion!

Title Legend of Zang Hai Spoiler
i am a bit confused by the ending, so the gui seal truly had power as in those people whose wounds could heal and they’ve gone mad or died quickly like the emperor or was it all a hallucination like in the cave? i don’t think it was really explained by the end

I don't remember unfortunately because I saw hundred of dramas, but i found that they are actually called lingzi or zhiling and are used in Chinese opera costumes to illustrate a military order.

it is canon she is a transmigrator, in the novel, changyu asked qianqian where is she from and qianqian answered something like "you should travel 1000 years to arrive there... i took a nap and when i woke up, i was here" and then she mentions Liangyu who was a real female general, also the game qianqian played with qimin in one of the last episodes was a modern one and some words she uses sound modern, not historical

and that scene from today's episode where everyone exits the Emperor's hall had such a dramatic aura from a theatrical point of view, for a second I thought they were playing live in front of the audience, loved the music, the cinematography and the actors' play in those moments
