I am at ease because these two are from the same agency. so now that they know how well received the pairing is, we might get another dramas with them as leads in the future.

The reason why they filmed an extra episode because dude was only satisfied giving us crumbs of an open ending. He didn’t know the pairing will blow up like this.

I think more on Tang, based on the clothing because of the “pibo”. This is the term of the fabric twined around their arms and across their backs. This was only popular during Tang. JL’s wide hanfu has always a pibo with it thus I deduced it’s set during Tang.
